So far so good. The booking and ticketing experience was good. Rest of it has yet to be seen.

OneTravel provides excellent online service that facilitates travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and transportation. I always use OneTravel.

I live in Canada and booked my flight with this company called One Travel with business class yesterday at around 3:33 PM without realized the cost is actually US dollar. As soon as i found out the currency issue, i called the customer service next day at around 9:10 AM for cancellation. The girl whom took my call tells me that i can only get partial refund. What the... this is less than 24 hours' cancellation and website says 48 hours free cancellation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS SCAM... NO PRICE GUARANTEE, NO TRUE CANCELLATION!

Fast and easy! It has been a good experience in the past and when onerecieves that sort of satisfaction one will not want to book anywhere else!

I made a mistake while making the booking by specifying the wrong date (1st of July instead of 30th June). I called up right after I made the booking to cancel it and I was told I will be charged $50. I tried to keep my booking by asking for a change of date and I was told a price difference of $180. I tried to exchange it for tickets with OneTravel itself to other destinations (that would add up to the original price I paid for my ticket - but I figured it would be a better deal than canceling) that were having cheaper prices and I was told I will be charged $75 for the change in addition to the ticket cost.
If a travel agency cannot help me with an honest mistake and make a business out of it I am not sure how you help customers with travel!

The worst booking and travel experience I ever had... those guys dont know what they are doing constantly changing and redirecting flight... it was a big mistake dealing with them... I will never use this F*** service... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... DONT USE THEM... YOU WILL BE SORRY...

Well, after tirelessly searching other well known sites such as Orbitz, Travelocity, even Expedia with no immediate and adequate results... I chose to search google for another travel website for booking and One Travel was the first within the search. I proceeded to try booking online and was successful. Upon finishing my booking, a representative called to confirm and I was also able to make another reservation over the phone. Leading up to travel date, they kept me posted with emails on check in times and other important travelling information. MY first experience was EXCELLENT... TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE... I HAVE ALREADY BEEN SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THIS WEBSITE!

DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM! THE BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE!
I was charged 500$ extra fees from them; for seat request a charge of 14$, which wasn't even made according to the actual airline... I got charged booking charges of nearly 200$ for two tickets. I was assured free cancellation by the agent and when I tried to cancel one of the tickets I got charged 300$. Their customer service was absolutely terrible, and rude... I will never, ever book a ticket from them again! The biggest scam artists! I will make sure that everyone I know knows about this scam of a website, it should be taken down.

I recommend never never use this website for buying the ticket, today I had terrible experience with them, they do not let us to fly because of visa issue.the problem was: the agent book me flight on the phone with 2 stop without telling me that I need the visa, I called from the airport and ask for solution the agent offer me most expensive flight for more than double of ticket price or cancel it, for cancellation I loose three hundred per passenger and the refund will be 60 days later, it took me more than 4 hours to call and call back to find someone who was like supervisor, he told we do not give visa information, and it is not our responsibility. Their responsibility is sell the tickets any way and do not care about how much they may put us on trouble.My question is why they sell ticket without considering the passport and travel doc, why they do not give advise us we need to check with visa office? This trip was very important to us, it was emergency and we loose lots of money also the off days that already arrange replace with someone else. And we cant go to work too.
Never buy ticket from them and do not let them play with your money, time and emotions. But other websites has like https://secure.lastminute.com

Good but not all is understood especially the choosing of the seats. They don't make you see the process works till after you've seen

I cannot find my reservation in the Airline web as the reservation No doesn't work. Unfortunatly my problem could not be solved. Thé Airline doesn't provide information from outsider. I'll have to go to the airport days before the flight to get my eTicket

Not so good, First agent never told us about luggage restrictions. And since the date we purchase the tickets, the time between flights have only increased.
