Called so many times to get my credits back from the money I have loan from AFFIRM to pay the flight which was I cancelled due to the corona virus, calling them is really like tremendous hardship. Paid over 2000 dollars, Ganie the representative had deducted booking fee and promise that I have credits of 1799. 22 dollar. This is a totally disapointment for me... was unemployed due to corona virus. This people has no heart all I want is give me a solution for this issue..
Your high booking fees = 27.59 USD were not clear at check out and came as separate card payment transaction + total sum came higher from 1306 AED to 1360 AED deducted from my card! Very disappointing

They automatically gave me flights for alternate dates (My time was not flexible). I book the cheapest one because I never clicked alternate dates. I book, they say I have four hours to cancel, so I call within seconds. Get roadblocked on the phone by an automated voice asking me for a PIN I never had. Twice. So I email, and they say a representative will call in a few hours. A week later, still no answer. I've been trying to call, email, and live chat for a week with absolutely no responses. $#*!tiest "cheap flights" ever, would never recommend, I hope they go out of business.
I don't like that I was charged an authorization hold. I'm told I was charged double what I was quoted because of a change made to reservations. The change was made while I was on the phone booking with the agent. It does not make sense to me and I need my money. I don't like that policy. Now I'm told I have to wait 3-5 or 7-14 business days to see my money returned to my account!
Your online reservation and booking I find satisfactory and convenient. It was easy to fill in the needed informations. Simple instructions to fill it up. I didn't encounter any lag answering and submitting the replies to all questions.

Must say I like it. Overall it was good, coming back to Curacao we had a little delay.
Also we had problems check inn from home and also going back to Curacao we got problems with that.
I wanted to see if my ticket seat was confirm to Go back to Curacao so I can get the seats I ask for but. Because I could not check in early from the hotel. I got the last seats on the plane and that was not a nice seat.
After faking my booking and taking my money they did eventually give back my money.
But the effort, time, and money traveling and preparing to fly with Covid requirements as well, also the letdown to my whole family not being able to fly can never be re-inbursed.
The flow-on letdown has now left my wife and daughter stranded in another country while I had to borrow money to fly home to Australia to work and find more money to help continue our journey back home. Why take my money if the tickets weren't really validated? It took them 4 days to take the money out after the plane flew.
I hounded them for a full 3 days asking their stupid computer where are my tickets before the plane flew.
I eventually found a hidden phone number so I called it and the message was it was closed... after hours 2 pm est.
Do they know planes fly 24/7... My advice is to book direct Not with This Flight agent, which I did by mistake. OneTravel 2/10...
Had a great experience when i had to make a change to my flight itinerary. The only problem i found was that they presented the same charge twice to my bank but the money was reimbursed promptly by it.
I was flying from Minneapolis to NYC with three children. They charged me $99.80 for seat assignment but never got me seats. I got to the airport and had to get seating on the plane at the gait. I had to pay the carrier for the seats. The same thing happened on the return leg of the trip. When I called upon my return they only gave me a partial refund of the 99.80.
I purchased insurance to protect trip. The insurance only covers if ur sick or dead. $30 to purchase. Due to the coronavirus we are not allowed to travel. Airline are being lenient yet onetravel will not budge! I will never buy from them please do not buy from them. Also I have no control over the Coronavirus! On their web fare rules if there is a national disaster they would cover. They do not respect their own fares and rules, and do not disclose their insurance online. Do not buy! Stay away!
I made a non-changeable/refundable reservation and then called to change it and they were great! I was able to change my flight, date and time with no additional cost. Agent was thorough and accommodating.
Yes, I enjoyed it. This is mainly because my confidence in the system was somehow dim. Even after completing the form was a bit Gitty but my confidence improved when I received the booking confirmation details. Even there, until those details are used to materialize the travel.

I was charged for preferred seating on 1 leg of a 6 leg trip, tried to change the seats but the system does not let me (BTW the seats assigned are not preferred seating but just regular seats and I was charged $170). Phoned for help and was told that my request would be sent to a help desk and they would contact me. Never contacted, when I phoned back, it was confirmed that I had a request in but told to wait. Waited three weeks and sent an email, told to use the system. Contacted the airline and was told that because it was booked through this site, I had to deal with them. I just want them to either fix it for me or cancel the seat request and let me deal with the airline.
I was able to book for the next day and return within the week. I got desirable seats and departure and arrival times are satisfactory. The seats are practical for me, and I have flown with this airline before.Excellent service all the time.
