I tried to book a ticket from them, but I never received any confirmation on the booking. I have tried to get in contact with them several times the last two days on phone and e-mail, but it seems impossible to get a hold of them. Now I'm just really frustrated and don't know if I got a ticket or not. I just want to get a ticket from another company, but I can't afford to have onetravel on my back demanding money from a booking I never received any confirmation on. Do I have any legal rights here?
I wish I could give zero stars for this joke of a company. They claim to give us a credit and then charge more for a 'rebooking fee' than the credit was even for. The customer service lady was extremely condescending arrogant and rude... We lost a good flight with another airline just because they offered the credit for the old flight only to find out this new system almost doubled the overall cost
They have typical answer to questions. They do not give you answer to your question, instead they read they answer that someone wrote even though it does not match your concern. They will avoid refund for any ways and when you finally agree on a certain amount to be refund, it will take at least 3 months to get the refund, unless you decide to suit them
This was a very great experience. Booking my trip through OneTravel was great. It was very detailed and I was able to pick through many different options in all categories. They gave me great choices with awesome prices and times. I want to Thank You.

100% Pathetic customer service
If there will be -ve star I will choose that one. I want to cancel a ticket due to coronavirus. I called 3 times and after 1 hour of wait time system dropped my call, after 3 hours of wasting my time I just gave up.
But if you want to book a flight there is no wait at all, this 100% pathic customer service, try your best to avoid it, you may save money on cheap fares but if you really need them in any emergency then they will not help you at all.
Horrible ---Do not use... The worst ever. Doubled charged, scam website. Booked an airline fare from Copenhagen to Bergen. Price shown was not the price charged. Do not use... run. Changed my flight without permission, charged me $75.00 per person.
I bought 4 flight tickets from one travel and I had the worst experience and ended up paying a lot more for baggage as well as seat selection. Please never buy from this website or this travel agency because you will have A bad experience and will end up paying a lot more Due to hidden costs that are not revealed to you

When Penair began offering service in Scottsbluff last fall we debated whether or not the expense of flying to Denver would make sense for our family of four. With the use of a promo code paired with our travels scheduled for March, we decided to opt not to drive and booked our flight... and we are so glad we did! Instead of a 3 hour drive time, we were able to have 30 minutes in air (plus a short period of airline taxi) which became a short, fun adventure for our two little girls. They served complimentary drinks, cookies and pretzels which is almost unheard of these days. What a relief in terms of packing for the little ones! I travailed from New York to Houston Hobby with 1 hour connection time in Dallas. I missed my flight. I was on stand by for 45 minutes. Fortunately, I had a straight flight to Hobby.And i end up spending less time. Customer service was very courteous.
I wanted to cancel by wife's booking to india on Jet airways flight. When i called the agent to cancel it he said the penalty would be 200$ and so and so amount would be refunded back on my credit card. But then when i check my credit card statement I was charged 200$ extra on top of the penalty fees which the airline charges... the customer service representatives doesnt mention about these charges that the site will charge for processing your refund. The representatives are not clear in what they say and dont know about the charges and put all charges on you and make you pay... useless website. Would never recommend anyone buying ticket from here and talking to customer service is like talking to uneducated person..
I just booked a ticket and the date is changed when I received my itinerary. Of course I called customer service and told me to have the right date I would have to pay 150 more. The right date was exactly the same price. I booked to travel to Denver My best friends son has only a few days to live. She needs my help. Im just furious I know I put the correct date I double checked before I put my cc info in. Never again
I was searching online for fights to Italy when I came across this company. I called the toll free number and immediately was connected to someone who was able to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Great service

I had issues on a flight delay causing me to miss my connecting flight requiring me to stay overnight at my flight connection location. One Travel helped navigate compensation for my stay over expenses with the airline.
My flight was canceled by the Tame airline out of Cuenca Ecuador and Onetravel will not refund my money. It has been over a month now and they are still giving me the run around. I have emailed them and spent endless hours on the phone with the same results no refund. They are the worse company to deal with and it would be really nice to talk to an American and not someone in India
I always buy my flight ticket from onetravel. Before I but the ticket i always checked in different other sites but no other sites give me this much cheap flight in my 5 years experience. Basically it is excellent. I told so many people around me and they also started using the site.
I tried to change my flight from current to Cathay Pacific and made a payment. Money was taken but no changes were made. However your office says no money is remitted when money is taken from my card
