It took a month for my sneakers to arrive. But several days before they finally got here, I got a notification saying they were delivered to my mailbox, but they absolutely were not. I contacted customer service and they basically told me tough s*it, it's not our problem, we take zero responsibility for our shipments and then offered me a second pair at a discounted price. Obviously, I was angry about this. I emailed them 4 more times asking them to resolve the problem or I was going to leave a bad review and they completely ignored my subsequent emails. So frankly, I don't care if their shoes are gumdrops and roses, I'll never shop here again because they don't stand behind their product or care about their customers.

I think they post their own reviews! I just received mine after a month's wait. The quality is deplorable. No significant padding or support, material is the cheapest possible. The insoles, which you would absolutely need, are thin and hard and look like they'd last a couple of days. Returns are at your own expense to China. I think they rely on that to make it so inconvenient that you won't even try. NEVER AGAIN!

I received my shoes agree a very long wait. The shoes were to big and I didn't like the style in person. So I contacted customer service for a refund/exchange only to find out that I would have to pay more money to return the shoes and/or lose 15%. This is completely asinine. Horrible company with absolutely horrible return/exchange policy.

My package was lost, and Susan B through many many emails refused to help. I'm out the money I paid with no product. Felt like a major scam.

The shoes are light and comfortable. I made sure to measure my foot to correctly fit their sizing guide. The shoe fits length wise but it is very lose around the heal / ankle. I have to wear double socks and my heal still slips out. I will probably wear for lifting only since they slip on and off while walking.

I have made a purchase for the sneakers, insoles, and socks and I haven't received anything! Wven when I look at the tracking number no location is available! I have emailed and reviewed no response but yet this company has a nerve to email me to offer more products! Hell I haven't received my first order! This company is a rip off. The first time I tracked the product it was in damn China! Really? Wth? I am very livid. I put my trust in this company being that I just want some damn relief. Footnpain is no joke. I walk at work 8-12 hours and I am in pain and for this stupid $#*! company to take my money and not send my product is f'd up! Not only is this company lying but this company is a thief! I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from this so called company and as far as rating this company with stars hell one star is too much! The only reason ya got one star is because I can't hit submit without doing a rate.

I would had never ordered from this company if I knew it would take a whole month for the shoes to arrive. Im praying the shoes are the correct fit, if not I will just suck it up, and not bother dealing with this company, it would more than likely take another 4-5 months just to get a refund. I needed work shoes, thank goodness I have several other pairs, waiting on these shoes, I'll be dead before they arrive. Very dissatisfied.

After waiting for these shoes to basically walk themselves from china (that probably would have been faster), they are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever bought(including heels). I would rather work my 12 hour shift in stilettos than these. Customer Service is horrendous!-the absolute worst. I sent a complaint and they sent me back an email of ads of more crappy products to buy. I asked for a refund they said 30% would be refunded. $12, really? Or I could pay shipping for them to be sent back PLUS a 15% restocking fee. GTFOH! Steer clear! There are so many better shoe companies that will give you a great product along with exceptional customer service. This ain't it! Do better Omegawalk!

Totally frustrated with the Company! Have tried since late last year to rectify this matter and have just gotten the run around.

They said keep wrong size. Just pay shipping and tell us correct size & we will post a another pair so you don't have a bad experience.

After send 12 emails stating correct size, style & colour & a picture. Every time asking for shipping payment details - not a word! After a strongly worded email I get another email stating same as first - just pay shipping...

Again I asked for payment details, not a peep - cannot seem to communicate with the help/support team - they don't seem to understand what I'm asking for some reason.

I loved the shoes & wanted to buy more - my friends loved the shoes but I advised against purchasing because of my frustrating experience.

I'm fed up - it's been such a waste of my time and energy - I no longer have anything nice to say about this Company.

I just ordered these shoes and was concerned to see they ship from China. I haven't had much luck with products shipped directly from China, I hope this company is ok.

I am highly upset I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago and still don't have them I would really appreciate a response

I ordered the Women's Hiking & Trekking Sneaker on Dec 28,2020, they did not arrive until Jan 23,2021. I was instantly disappointed when I opened them and saw how cheaply they were made. The website stated these were made of a leather suede upper but they are definitely not, instead a plastic or synthetic material was used. They also had a tacky stamp that read "FASHION" on the front toe area instead of the brand name. These honestly looked like something you would buy at Payless shoe source or Walmart for about $15.00, not the $45.00 I shelled out. Then when I tried them on they were very tight and too small. I ordered a size 8.5 according to my foot measurements and the website's sizing guide. When I looked at the size on tougue of shoe it read US 7. I emailed the company that night about the issue of them sending me the wrong size. They responded 24 hours later and asked for a pic of the size on shoe. I replied back with the pic, they then replied that was the right size as these are unisex shoes and the size listed is a Men's US 7 which is a Women's Size 8.5. These are black with hot pink accents and definitely not Unisex not are they listed on their site as Unisex but as Womens shoes, they did not fit me and I was also disappointed in the quality and would like to return them for a refund. The reply was that I would have to ship back at my own expense and it would take up to 3 months for a refund and they would charge me a 15% restocking fee, or I could keep the shoes and they would refund me 30% immediately. I was not happy with the offer and replied back telling them this was deceptive business practice and if they truly wanted to make it right they would give me a full refund. After a few days, they responded back saying they were sorry I was not happy and the best they could offer was a 50% refund and they would send me another pair of shoes if I paid the shipping of $14.99. After realizing that I was getting nowhere with the CS rep, I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge for now. I had to mail in the emails from them and pics from the website and shoes, hopefully, they will side with me and the credit will stand. I would not advise doing business with this company to anyone.

Shipping took 22 days. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes but only received 2. Customer service via email was good. 3 additional weeks to receive the missing pair. Shoes have 2 packing labels as they were sent from China to California first. It appears the bag was opened and re-taped. One pair of shoes was still in the plastic wrap and in the canvas omegawalk bag, the other pair were opened and the plastic ripped and stuffed back in the canvas bag. They do not come in a box. They seem to run narrow and small. I am a size 8.5 and ordered a 9. One pair Fit like and 8 in width and 8.5 in length, although another pair fits like an 8.5 in width and length. Shoes are not more comfortable than cheap store-bought shoes and seem cheaply made. Look nice in the design but I would not call them comfortable or good quality. I will not be ordering them again.
