Comfortable and easy to put on and I can't get enough of them. I have 3 pair of shoes from Omega Walk.

Nothing to these shoes. Not good for wearing all day on your feet. Feels like yiu are only wearing rubber attached to your feet. No support, cheap shoes

They were the cheapest shoes I have ever purchased. I would never recommend them to anyone!

The shoes arrived poorly packaged with an offensive order when opened. They are too small and too narrow. I didn't get them until 7 days after the return deadline because I was out of town.

Great, love the walking shoes which are attractive and comfortable.

Item I ordered did not fit. Was told I can keep the item, and would receive 30% back ($10). Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit? Stealing people's money and will be reported. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

My shoes took forever to receive. I had no idea they were coming from China. My shoes are too small even though I ordered a half size larger. Susan Brown at the help desk offered to send me another size for a $12-13 shipping fee. I declined so she offered a 30% refund and I wouldn't have to return the shoes which I have no use for because they don't fit. I declined again and she offered a 50% refund. I declined that as well. Be aware that to return the shoes you will lose 15% of your refund for their "restocking fee" and you will have to pay shipping to China. Bottom line - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless, of course, you don't mind being ripped off!

Shoes stink. Feet hurts with in seconds of using them worst money ever spent without been able to return Advertising shoes beautiful shoes this are far from been beautiful or comfortable...

Cheaply made w Loose strings very very narrow and way to short! Flat insole no arch support at all. I've read some came with inserts mine did not. Took a month to get them and they charge to return

Love this Company AND their shoes! Fabulous for my feet as I am an essential Hospital worker on the frontline!

I could not wait to receive my shoes because of the positive reviews I read. I wore the shoes for less than two hours and I had to take it off because my feet was in so much pain. It felt like my shoes was a size 7 and not a 8 so I asked for a refund. I wish I had the refund policy or I would have never bought the shoes. Now I have to keep it what a waste of money. If the shoes fit right I would be ok with the product. Very disappointed. I would not buy here again.

My shoes don't fit, nor do I find them comfortable, so I emailed the company. There's no simple solution, but here are the three that were given to me: 1) keep the shoes that don't fit and pay to have new ones shipped 2) pay to ship back to China, wait 2-3 months, then pay for a 15% restocking fee or 3) don't send shoes back and get a 30% refund.

You've been warned. I wish I'd read a review like this before purchasing, but all I read were rave reviews about the shoes and company, which I now find insanely odd.

Paid for 3 pairs Got one. Then they insisted I'd only paid for 2 even tho I had order nos. Delivery man left 2nd pair on the STREET and I found my neighbour wearing them Customer support is a joke The shoes are terrible quality. Very rigid plastic no arch support

Be sure to double check this company's "ORDER CONFIRMATION" to be sure they've not CHANGED THE SIZE YOU ORDER. I ordered a size 10 women's shoe (3 pairs), when they sent a amended confirmation the size was a 35-folks this is a size 4/5 in women's shoe in the U.S. and the only options since I didn't correct the size are send the shoes back to China for a partial refund with me paying international shipping charges or eating the cost. BAIT AND SWITCH. WON'T USE THEM AGAIN.

These shoes come from China. It took two months to get to me. They smell horrible. The sizing chart is off and they didn't fit. I wear a size 7. Got a size 8. They are still too tight. IT IS NOT A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I can not get my money back. JUST DON'T DO IT. DON'T GET THEM.

They smell. They are not worth the money please do not waste your money. And you don't get your money back. They offer you 30% back. Are you have to send them back to China and you have to pay for shipping and restocking fee. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Never order from them! They charge you astronomical prices to return/exchange! I don't care how comfortable they claim to be. It's hard ordering shoes online. I based my size on reviews I read and the shoes are swimming on me. No way I could ever wear them. And they are saying I can keep them and they'll refund me 30% or I can send them back and pay international shipping fees and lose 15% restocking fee?!?!? That should have been clearly marked on their website and if so I would've never ordered them. From now on it's Amazon or nothing! Do NOT order from these people.
