Ordered 2 pair shoes last week, came today both pairs damaged one has excess plastic on toe from not being trimmed in manufacturing,the other has a huge sunken divet in toebox I'm assuming from shipping or another manufacturing defect? I ordered a pair of shoes and was disappointed that shipping took so long. Because when I finally got the shoes, they were too small. I even went up a half size. I reached out to customer service and they offered to send me a replacement and all I'd have to pay is shipping cost. I thought that was very awesome! Although I will probably be waiting another 2-3 weeks to get the replacement, customer service is above and beyond!

Should tell people the shoes run small. I would have ordered next size up.
I was resentful after not receiving my shoes a month after purchase. I figured I would not receive them and was ready to just forget the whole purchase.
Then I received the shoes. I have a plantar plate tear and have been unable to walk normally without horrible pain. I put the shoes on and it was the first time in a month I felt ok. I work on my feet and have been just suffering. After I put them in the first time, I managed to get around and do housework, after I was unable to walk without a limp in every other shoe or orthopedic boot I tried.
I wish shipping did not take a month, and I wish the tracking was better. But if this shoe keeps me walking without pain, for that price, I bough 3 more pair.
Please get better shipping to USA. I will buy ever more and so will many nurses with serious foot pain.
Wrong shoe for work needed support for standing and walking
After purchasing a pair of shoes from Omegawalk, I strongly feel that this company is a scam.
They don't disclose on their site that this is a Chinese company, operating out of China without a reasonable return policy (have to ship the shoes back to China at your own expense).
The shoes are of very poor quality made out of cheap materials but priced at $70 a pair. The orthopedic claim is false advertisement.
The size they ship is also wrong. Money wasted.

Your US sizes are way off. Don't advertise US sizes unless you are accurate. Your website does not direct shoppers to sizing with enough urgency. The shoes were way too small.
My daughter love's her Omega Walk shoes. I exchanged the first pair because they were too small. Customer service was very responsive and helpful and made the exchange process seamless.
Great fit, great look, great price. Hope to repeat with this order.
I ordered a 7.5 but when I received the shoes there was no toe room. The colors look great and vibrant but I wont be able to wear them. Very disappointed.
