They got me too! Oliver Grace should be put out of business! I ordered the Sabrina Jumpsuit also. When I returned they acknowledged my return and said they were behind on processing. I put a dispute in with my credit card and actually lost because they showed a stupid tracking number. But I also explained to them that I had emails of them knowing that it was returned. DO not deal with this company! They deserve no stars. People work hard for their money and they are jus ripping them off.
Stay away from this company. I received a poor quality wrinkled pair of poly pajamas (which they call Sabrina Jumpsuit), returned it, and six weeks later I have no refund, even though I have confirmation from the company that they've received my package.
I've e-mailed them about this several times. Finally after six weeks I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Don't do business with this company. Not worth your hard earned money.
This morning I contacted my local media channels (3 of them) regarding the unethical way Oliver Grace runs their business and how they are STEALING people's money. I'm encouraging anyone with a similar experience to contact their local media as well. It will be interesting to see the snakes at Oliver Grace squirm under legal and public pressure. If they're smart they will refund all outstanding balances and start emphasizing ethical practices. Next step is my lawyer's office.
I returned a dress that didn't fit properly. There is no way to contact this company except thru email. I've been emailing and emailing and only heard back once 2 months after the return. The email said to please be patient with them because they are short staffed in their finance department. Complete BS! It now been almost 4 months and no sign of ever seeing my $150 back.
Ordered a jumpsuit, got it, doesn't fit. Cannot for the life of me get a reply on how to ship it back. No shipping label included. I'm reporting the issue to my credit card company, and plan to broadcast my experience to around 20k women in my social media audience as soon as the paperwork is submitted. Their marketing is great but the actual customer service is deplorable. I bought two Sabrina jumpsuits at $144/ea. Neither fit and I immediately (next day) returned using their shipping label and following their return instructions. That was two months ago and I have yet to receive a refund or ANY response to numerous communication attempts. There is no phone number so email is the only vehicle for communication and they simply don't respond. Much better quality to be found elsewhere to waste money with this sub-par company. Do NOT recommend at all.
Placed an order over a month ago for a jumpsuit that was "in-stock" and should have arrived within 3-5 business days as the website stated. I still have yet to receive my order and have been ignored by the company unless I leave a comment on their facebook page. They quickly respond with the standard push e-mail saying someone is looking into your request, but nobody every gets back to me. I have also been blocked from messaging on facebook. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. Ignoring customers who have not received products that they paid good money for! STAY AWAY!
I, too, bought the awful Sabrina jumpsuit and returned it only to have them keep my money. I wrote 10+ times and each answer they sent was more ridiculous than the last (we've had a sudden growth spurt and can't seem to get it together, basically). I reported them to the better business bureau and nothing. I hope they have since closed.
This place is a scam. I returned a $180 jumpsuit, had to pay for shipping to return it (even though they advertise free shipping)... still waiting for my refund. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau weeks ago and just was notified that Oliver Grace never responded to the complaint and now the website is down. I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing.
I ordered a jumpsuit from them after seeing an ad on Facebook. Jumpsuit arrived quickly but didn't fit quite right. Sent it back immediately, this was the beginning of April, and STILL have not received a refund. I've sent multiple emails to customer service and receive vague answers about them "being behind" and taking a week for their warehouse to inspect the item and a week for finance to process my refund. It's now mid-May.
I sent a final email saying I would take legal action if I don't receive my refund by the end of this week. They are also deleting negative Facebook comments.
Just as others on this site mentioned, I have the same issue with Oliver Grace. I purchased two Sabrina jumpsuits in April. It took two months to receive one, then another month to receive the other. The first jumpsuit (black) fit perfectly. The second one (white) was made completely different and didn't fit. After emailing the company for almost a month requesting a return label - they finally sent me a return label, I sent the jumpsuit back in August, but never received the $180 credit! Now their website is down, so I guess I'm out of luck. What a scam. I'll think twice about buying from a company I haven't done business with before.
Same story as everyone else on here. I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit in March. Promptly returned it and now I'm on week 15 of waiting for a refund. Initially, I received canned responses to my first 2-3 inquiries to customer service but since then (I'm on my 9th email) I'm not getting any responses. I feel like this company robbed me of $160! Shameful! I've filed complaints with the BBB (that Oliver Grace was unresponsive to) as well as the Attorney General. DO NOT do business with this company.
Ordered on 3/21 their jumpsuit. Never arrived. Tried canceling order. Multiple customer service emails same issues of being small, doing everything by hand etc... I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. They are probably part of all the clothing scams from China. Citibank was notified and was able to get a conditional refund for $164.
Just adding to the list of individuals they have scammed and money they have stolen. I'm still waiting on a refund for the Sabrina Jumpsuit ordered in March... it's now July! I'm reporting the charge to be fraudulent, but would like for someone to go after this company for their fraudulent activity. If anyone has any luck in pursuing from a legal perspective would love to know about it!
I ordered The Sabrina jumpsuit back in April. I never even received it because they said there were some changes within the company! So I just asked them to cancel the order and refund my account! All of this of course, via email! I have sent email after email... the only response I get is that they received the email and it will take them a few days to get back to me! I am so furious! When I placed the order the $180.00 was taken out of my account within minutes, of course! They are scammers! Is this company even legit? Such BS!
I am having the same issues as all the other customers. Bought a Jumpsuit and no return label was sent. Had a hard time to make them send me the return label and when they finally did, I returned. No Refund issued. I've been trying on Facebook, contact by email but they just reply the same thing over and over that they are behind and will do soon.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE to stop them doing this to the clients!
I have emailed OG 8 times in 2 weeks, called the phone number I found online, left a comment on their FB page, with NO RESPONSE. I don't trust these guys at all!
I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit from Oliver Grace over six weeks ago. When I ordered the jumpsuit the website stated that the jumpsuits would be shipped in early April. However, when May rolled around I still had not received my order. I had ordered this jumpsuit for a trip I am taking next week, so I went ahead and cancelled my order through PayPal, they also never heard back from Oliver Grace. Beautiful clothes too bad they can't fulfill their orders.
Returned the Sabrina jumpsuit because it didn't fit. Tracked it and it was delivered to their facility weeks ago. Sent several emails to inquire about the status of my refund and have heard nothing back. The fact that they don't have a number to reach them at is a red flag. Will give them another week to respond. If I don't get my refund, I will call my credit card company and pursue a CHARGEBACK.
Same as everyone else here. Returned 2 jumpsuits and they said they received them and would process me a refund. Never got the refund or email response after many emails from me. I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company and the BBB. The case is still open, so I hope both Chase and the BBB can see how much of a fraud those company is and shut it down!
I too was scammed by them. First jumpsuit too small, second jumpsuit fit exactly the same way. No emails back. No way to message them. No return emails. Numerous complaints about them. Contacted my credit card co, they have blocked them. They said they have many complaints about them. Keep away from them and rosegal. Stay with the stores you know or do the research first. Last time doing this!
I placed an order for the Sabrina Jumpsuit & it took about a month to finally arrive. Then it was terrible quality so I sent it back. Which took another month for them to finally email it has arrived & a refund was issued. Weeks later I have yet to see the refund to my account. This company does not have a phone line to call & does not reply to emails either. It is the worst experience I have ever had & am currently disputing this charge. If a refund is not applied I will take legal action against them. Unacceptable & robbery.
I ordered clothes, returned them and have not recieved my refund of $450. This has been going on since April 2016. They have taken their website down as well as their facebook page. I recommend everyone file a complaint with the FTC. Additionally, the company appears to be owned by a company called Machete Los Angeles, owned and operated by a Drew Stoddard. Seems they have a history of scam companies. Their trademark, registered to a lawyer Alexander Yoffe, was abandoned in the beginning of November. Provide all this information to the FTC when filing your complaint.
