I have had the same experience with olivergrace as the other consumers on this thread. i see that at the beginning of the thread, a few months ago, people ended up receiving refunds. has anyone received refunds since? If you used PayPal open a case against the charges. They never responded to the dispute, but gave in and refunded my money the day before Their response was due. I also threatened I was going to contact a lawyer if my money wasn't returned by a certain date and what do ya know, the money was refined at 3:30 on that day. Keep up the pressure and good luck.

I am contacting you here because like angel s. you have stopped answering my emails. my item was shipped to the wrong address then i was told it was shipped out again, i asked repeatedly for a new shipping number and kept being told i would get one and that the item would leave the warehouse in the next 24/48 hours. i was told that three separate times. then i received an email saying the item was back ordered. no big deal but i just wanted someone to confirm since i had been given a number of different messages and the item had been previously shipped out. can someone please respond to my emails? confirm that the item is back ordered, give me my $20 credit for the item being back ordered (that you said i could have if i still wanted the item), give me an eta for receipt of item and confirm you have the right address? thank you!
