How do we get our money back from this company, my wife ordered clothes 6 months ago and never received them. Is there a number we can call they don't return emails.

I have been waiting on a refund for sometime. What do I need to do to get reimbursed?
Dear Oliver Grace Company, I returned a Sabrina Jumpsuit to your company over a month ago. I received an email that you received my return on June 21st, 2016 and that you would refund my money to the account used in 2-3 weeks. It has now been over that amount and when I used to immediately get email responses from your company, I am now being ignored for the past two weeks. I would like my money refunded just as I returned your product promptly and unused or damaged as you had asked or I will get legal attention towards your company.
I have had the same experience with OliverGrace as the other consumers on this thread. I see that at the beginning of the thread, a few months ago, people ended up receiving refunds. Has anyone received refunds since?
I am contacting you here because like Angel S. You have stopped answering my emails. My item was shipped to the wrong address then I was told it was shipped out again, I asked repeatedly for a new shipping number and kept being told I would get one and that the item would leave the warehouse in the next 24/48 hours. I was told that three separate times. Then I received an email saying the item was back ordered. No big deal but I just wanted someone to confirm since I had been given a number of different messages and the item had been previously shipped out. Can someone please respond to my emails? Confirm that the item is back ordered, give me my $20 credit for the item being back ordered (that you said I could have if I still wanted the item), give me an ETA for receipt of item and confirm you have the right address? Thank you!
