If you used PayPal open a case against the charges. They never responded to the dispute, but gave in and refunded my money the day before Their response was due. I also threatened I was going to contact a lawyer if my money wasn't returned by a certain date and what do ya know, the money was refined at 3:30 on that day. Keep up the pressure and good luck.

I had to call my bank and dispute the charges and then I let them know that I did that and I got refunded within 3 days. Good luck they are a total scam of a company!

ARGHGHGH i am PISSED! Can't believe I can't find a phone number

I'm disputing the charges through my bank right now. No response from the company and I've filed through the better business bureau with no response as well. Hot mess. Horrible company.
