Do not even think about using this company for Explainer Video. They only want your money and then reluctantly deliver a very ordinary service. The person who working on my video was transferred halfway through the project, but no one told me. When the person refused to respond to my emails I had to call a manager to ask what was happening. They allocated another person, and then another. It was a total disaster.
I hired them for 3D Animation and signed up for $399 packages, after the payment, they didn't reply on my phone calls and email for 2 weeks and then came with just 2% work, and didn't commit when they finish my project and deliver and asking for more money continuously. I will sue them and never recommend them to anyone! Scammer!
