I have been an Olay user for more than 10 years. I purchased a package of Olay Age Defying Vitamin E as I always have. Something is wrong with this package. It has dried out my skin like no other has. It has also gave me a vaginal infection. I have never experienced anything like this before using Olay.
I just saw a commercial for Oil of Olay products forcing African dissented women as models saying stop the bias? Oil of Olay was formulated in Asia geared towards beautiful white porcelain skin which is why it attracted so many beautiful asian and caucasian models to advertise the product. Anyone can buy Oil of Olay. Unfortunately the reality is that the most beautiful women in the world have white porcelain Ivory skin and that's what people want to see that's what prompts people to buy the product Oil of Olay has lowered their standards the model advertising their latest ad looks like a creature from the Blue Lagoon she has brownish black gums sticking close up in the camera but it's great to see she doesn't feel compelled to wear a Caucasian wig or hair extension but the Brillo dry course hair was not appealing whatsoever the whole image is frightening. Oil of Olay can be bought out and force unattractive people to advertise their product but beautiful people seek other beautiful people and will purchase the product that is best suited for their personalized skin type and needs.
I've been using Olay for its wide range selection of skin care products. They have high quality selection of facial and body cleanser, moisturizer, body care products, among others.
On the site, aside from the convenience of purchasing authentic Olay products, it provides the best offers and promos.
I've been a long time user of Olay face cream, lately the pumper has quite and I've had to buy another bottle, I called and they said without the box it comes in, that has the UPC code they can't help me. Who keeps a box? I'm not very happy with this company right now and if they can't help me, I'll find a different company and product. Seriously, who keeps the box a product comes in?!
Placed an order on the 14th of January. Shipped on the 18th with USPS and still haven't received it. No shipping updates from USPS since Jan 27th. No update or response from USPS so I eached out to Olay 2 days ago and all they said was it was in transit and scheduled to be delivered. No delivery date estimate. No additional help or follow up, just call if it doesn't come. It shipped 16 days ago. I live in PA, not a desert Island. At what point is it long enough to be be considered lost or undelivered. Should've never ordered direct. Should've went with a middle man like Amazon for reliable timely delivery. Thanks for nothing, Olay.
Olay Natural White Day SPF 24 Glowing Faieness cream was absorbed and absolutely the best Product. Now it is not available in the market. Please again bring this product to the market.
I used Olay Luminous Brightening and Preserving Lotion SPF 30 and I have to say it provides large spectrum protection, it has a strong combination of anti-aging ingredients, including niacinamide. The only downside is the scent because it presents a small risk of scratching the skin.
Received product with the jar open and half the cream on the side of the jar and in the box. Had to speak to 3 customer service representatives to get a refund. A complete run around experience.
I use Olay's Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask. Its solid formula makes it easy to apply on targeted skin. Removes excess oil from skin. It has 4 different options but personally i prefer charcoal mask.
All the previous reviews are about Olay products, nothing about their website. I pretty much love everything I've tried from Olay, but ordering online is a nightmare. The website is difficult to navigate (i. E. search terms bring up nothing) and supposedly "Olay insiders" (signed up for their emails) get 20% off, at least that is their current promotion. Nope, doesn't happen. I've gone round in circles with Olay CS trying to resolve this; but I think their I. T. Department just doesn't get it? How can a huge company like P&G have such a terrible I. T. Department? How hard would it be to generate a 20% off code? To their credit, they have tried to rectify this by sending me pre-paid debit cards, but those are clunky and inefficient to use online. Again, a gift card... NOT a debit card... would be the way to go here. Once I finally did order, I got an email message that "one of your items isn't in stock". Ohhhh Kaaay... but nothing to indicate when it *would* be in stock or if I would be refunded the charge? It took a couple of follow-up emails to resolve that. P&G/Olay, get your website in order! You're a huge company, please have a decent website!
My name is Deborah Mace, I'm 59, grandmother of 9 great, grandmother of 2, in 2017 someone gave me my 1st olay night cream, I never considered myself as beautiful, I'm 2 time cancer survivor, skin was constantly dry, sagging, embarrassing, I used that okay EVERY DAY, my skin now after 3 yrs of EVERYDAY use of oil of olay, the only change from then is I now use okay whipped, my skin is beautiful, I wouldn't change anything about it. I just wanted to tell y'all that. I've tried to add a before and after photo, I've tapped the "add photo" box with no success, I'd love for you folks to see the before and after results of this almost 60 gal. Y'all would be jealous
Olay Age Defying Classic Eye Gel IS THE MUST FOR WOMAN IN THEIR Forty's! I AM GETTING OLDER AND TRYING TO FIGHT IT ALL THE WAY BUT MOTHER NATURE HAS ITS WAY OF THROWING ME OFF TRACK. I TRIED OLAYS EYE CREAM AND MY PURPLE BAGS ARE BARELY NOTICEABLE I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY MATURING WOMAN THAT HAS ISSUSES WITH DARK CIRCLES UNDER THERE EYES IT WORKS SO WELL!

I have followed all the steps in Olay products for aging, wrinkles and bags under eyes nothing works. Will be buying a different product.
I have tried other moisturizers with UV protection but they seem to irritate my eyes. I like Olay product and its protection without burning my eyes. But I do not like the container it’s in.
