For all of my office needs I come here. I usually get stocked up once a month, that always have a great selection.
Lots of great sales before - but now being out shadowed by Staples.
Needed to replace my HP inkjet printer (4 years of hard use... it stopped spraying cyan ink). Rather than going online, I went to my nearby OD/OM store to examine closely what they had. Found one for less $$ than I spent on the previous printer 4 years earlier, that did everything I needed. The sales/service techs were outstandingly reassuring, explaining how to hook everything up, corrected my replacement ink purchase with the correct ones (my bad), and even gave me their cards if I had any trouble hooking it up! Outstanding service and a selection that totally met my needs! Hooking it to my computer was easy-peasy, too, even for this senior citizen! Didn't need to call them except to let them know it worked! When I moved the old one away, I found the old receipt taped to it - same store, four years earlier to the month! Customer loyalty - that's me... HP printers at OD/OM!

I don't really go to office depot unless staples doesn't have what i need, but only because staples is closer to my house. But i do often find what i need!
Just another store with office supplies. Nothing really wows me about this place. The people are not super friendly but not jerks, the products work as you would expect, nothing special. The stock isn't what I would call expansive, which I would expect for a place calling itself a depot. I guess effort is a foreign concept nowadays...
I've been shopping through OD for my electronics for a couple decades now. I buy warranties on things I don't want to pay for again within 2 or 3 years like TV's, Computers, Printers. All of the things I've bought through them have always been in top condition. When I've broken something their warranty department is easy to work with, replacing my item quickly and communicating clearly throughout the process.
I highly recommend OD for all your electronic needs!

It is always so much easier to buy from Office Depot than Staples. The staff is a million times more dedicated to helping customers and ten times more friendly. I think they actually like working there unlike Staples emplyoees.
They are a bit expensive but have a lot of office supplies, overall i would recommend them for a one stop shop for all your office supplies!
For many years, the "go-to" place for everything for the office. Great employees who have in-depth knowledge of computers.
For needing something quickly, you can't beat their brick and mortar stores, although they certainly charge a significant amount over online for the convenience.
But for online shopping of office products? Quite expensive, and a bit of searching will likely save you significant money.
Always satisfied with the service and the bulk deals they have. I sometimes order stuff for my clients here for which I can not get bulk deals somewhere else. However, they do not sell everything for the best price that is why there are no five stars.
Ordered bulk office supplies for my work (pens post-its, ink cartridges etc) and they took a few days longer than quoted to arrive. I called up and I guess there was a storm back east that caused complications and delays. They issued me store credit as an apology and the girl on the line was very friendly about it. I truly hope they are listening, because I will be back!
