Over the last five years I have ordered from OEM Vehicle Parts many times. Every time minus this last order has been a positive experience as their website is put together well and parts are shipping out quickly. My thoughts are like many businesses over the pandemic this one has suffered with staffing as the current people managing it seem incapable of communication and even filling basic orders. My suggestion for anyone looking to purchase parts here would be to call them and see for yourself the level of customer service and competency. If your order is not shipping quickly I would request a refund from your credit card company as the typical limit is 30 days after a charge on cards.
Hoping OEM Vehicle Parts gets their business sorted out. It is nice when services like this work and make it easy to order the parts and receive them in a timely manner.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - OEM PARTS ONLINE which is actually managed by REVOLUTION PARTS INC but they email you as AUTO NATION PARTS.
They are clearly a third party that works with dealerships to manage online orders. The website went down when I was doing my order and messed up the order for a 2023 Land Rover Defender wheel cover for a white & black defender (I was choosing black but glitched and added a silver one). We didn't learn this until we received it 1/10/2025 and had ordered it originally on 12/18/2024. Their shipping costs say "estimate" and NEVER stay the same. My cost estimate said $131.38 and then I received an email saying the shipping cost is now $301.38 for two items and this is 2-day shipping from California to Washington. They come back with higher costs because they plug in the manufacturers box dimensions of the boxes the parts come in which increases the costs with fed ex.
We received the tire cover and it was the wrong color. When we called to let them know we had the wrong color and spoke to the manager, Michael on Friday (1/10/25) he said he would make it right. A follow up call on Tuesday (1/14/25) provided the following options which were all less than desirable or even make sense:
1. Pay to ship it back. They will refund the cost of the part minus a 15% restocking fee (despite me entering my VIN number when I placed the order) and then I can place a new order for the black one and pay shipping fees for that one too. My refund will take 5-15 days.
2. Pay to send it back, get a refund minus the restocking fee. Wait until they check the integrity of the return and provide the refund (approx 5-15 days). Then place a new order after I receive the refund.
3. Suggested that I paint this silver one black.
We decided to sell the tire cover ourselves and will order the black wheel cover from another company that we have done business with in the past and has delivered exceptional customer service (either local Land Rover dealer or Lucky8). Worst customer service experience ever.

Numerous complaints similar to mine. They showed that the part was in stock and on sale, took my payment via PayPal, then never sent the part. After numerous follow-ups by me, I finally got in touch with someone and they told me the part was on indefinite back order. I've been trying to get a refund for about 5-months. They've pissed off the wrong guy!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Terrible customer service. After the order is placed you do receive a confirmation email. However there is no other communication after that email and your order doesn't ship. When you call back to cancel an order they do not respond. Even if you get a person on the phone they state " customer service can't cancel an order live". They have to email someone else and then they tell you it will be 5 days or more to receive the cancellation. However, they don't confirm the cancellation. They also tell you there is no one else you can speak to if you are dissatisfied. Terrible way to do business. Avoid this company at all costs!
I orders a set of speakers from them about a week ago and i have checked my order status a few times and noticed it never changed and decided to call and leave a voice mail and then i sent an email and what do you know no response I'm giving them a few more days but as of right now will never do business with them again and i hope i get my parts and wasn't scammed out of 300 dollars
I was hesitant to order from the company because of the reviews. I placed a $4000 order and am very happy with all the parts and pricing. USPS caused lots of headaches for us by losing the package, but Deb from OEM Vehicle parts promptly followed up and sent me another package with all my parts.
All parts are working great and pricing is at least 20-40% cheaper than any other source I found. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but my experience was very positive. These guys go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
They have a scheme to steal money from people. These crooks steal money from customers by initiating shipping to get the money from credit cards and/or Paypal & never ship by claiming parts are coming from Europe and such to waste time until it's too late to start claims! Nothing but indecent crooks who can care less about customers and moral values!
Stay away from these guys. No parts supplied after waiting six months! No replies to emails or phone calls.
Nothing short of scammers here folks. Zero customer service and no follow up or back up. Good luck if you ever needed a warranty claim with them. Plenty of other real genuine parts suppliers on the web. OEM Vehicle Parts - you should be ashamed of yourselves!
This company is awful, I placed an order for a part they said they had in stock. It was supposed to be here 11 days later. On the 12th day after receiving no shipping or tracking info and multiple emails and calls to the company I got an email letting me know the order was now cancelled with no explanation or warning. Go anywhere else to get your parts, do not use this useless company!
I placed an order for airbags. After about one week I inquired as to the status of the order. Deb replied promptly that they were trying to find a source for the parts however, the parts were back ordered from the manufacturer with no definite supply date. I requested the order be canceled and they agreed without hesitation. Even though they could not complete my order I was pleased with their honesty and prompt email replies.
They openly admit they don't buy/stock anything - just middlemen. So you'd think that they'd have decent customer service since that's all they really do - take orders and hold your hand. Sadly, they can't even do that to a reasonable standard. And if you're a glutton for punishment and you actually decide to buy from them - check your shipping cost before pressing the button. These clowns like to overcharge on shipping - same small parts shipped to me in Massachusetts cost $15.00 more (50% increase in cost) than if they were shipped from a legit Benz dealer in Nebraska - go figyah! I've dealt with Chinese and Russian parts sweatshops that are more honest/trustworthy/reliable.
I wanted to let everyone know that OEM Vehicle Parts did reach out to me once I reordered the missing parts. I understand that sometimes the catalog pictures might be misunderstanding. They did refund me my shipping cost for my 2nd order. What I do like about this place is they actually have a customer service number you can call. Hope this helps everyone.
Here is my response to their email "Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when I 1st ordered my parts I contacted customer service to verify what is the quantity they would send when ordering. They informed me that whatever is on picture is what I would get. So now I had to reorder the missing parts (37397) and had to repay shipping. I think this is unreasonable since I did call customer service on my original order and the information given to me was not correct. So myself as the customer is the one that has to pay the extra charge for something I would have originally ordered if I was told the correct information when I 1st called customer service.
I am posting my review because I cannot call this company. Yeah, they posted an incomplete number. I ordered 2 things from them, and the shipping is ALWAYS more expensive than the item itself. They will not send your order right away. Once you get the order that they sent after so long, you cannot return it! The reason is that you have to ask for an RMA# with their online customer service. To my dismay, that online customer service is unattended.
With my experience with them, I can say, they are a scam.
The shipping cost revealed after I paid for the order. When I canceled they offered 50% off shipping never received the discount, paid more for shipping than the part! How are they still in business? Customer Service handed me a big line of Bull___! Part received packaged poorly! Big mistake giving them business!
Deb is utterly incompetent! I have ordered by exact part number, even shown her schematics from the parts catalog but took me on a wild goose chase to confirm that indeed I was ordering the right part. It turns out I was. It also turns out she sent the wrong item, eventually! The seller dispatched radiator support frame for Toyota RAV4 instead of lower rear control arm for Lexus RX450h.
Being an international package, I offered several alternatives to resolve the impasse. But emails and calls have gone unanswered. She would not refund. She does not care, and she honestly doesnt understand this business.
It is clear to me Deb, and OEM Vehicle Parts, are running a scheme to rip-off consumers of their hard-earned money. Avoid dealing with anyone associated with this entity. Avoid this aweful company. They will steal your money and waste your time! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bought parts for my Mazda in June of last year. They said part is on backorder and ghosted me. No reply to this day. Literally stealing. $500 down the drain. Asked for refund and still nothing.
They can't mail an original receipt on my two airbags for some reason.
I would be glad to add a buck for the postage to my $2,385.68 purchase but I don't have that option.
I can't pass WA state patrol without it in order to register my car.
Matt Patrick, at customer service said that he will mail it but I still didn't get anything two weeks after and no one replies to my emails or voicemails anymore.
I ordered (#*******) some parts from them, and hood arrived bended and bumper was damaged too.
The package was terrible. I opened claim for refund and after 2 months I still didn't get refund.
The customer service is terrible they don't answer on calls and emails. Stay away from them!

OEM parts... don't waste your time an money with this so called company, After 3 months of calls and emails I finally received what was suppose to be my order, which was not even close to what I ordered. No response, no customer customer service, this is a totally fake company. Please stay away, don't waste your money. Find a legitimate company.
We are repeat customers. Dealt w/ Deb at OEM Vehicle Parts and this was our 3rd order from them. She helped expedite the shipping after ordering. One of the items was on Back Order so it arrived in a 2nd package a few weeks later. Thankfully we got it as we waited for the product to come in from overseas.
