I was hesitant to order from the company because of the reviews. I placed a $4000 order and am very happy with all the parts and pricing. USPS caused lots of headaches for us by losing the package, but Deb from OEM Vehicle parts promptly followed up and sent me another package with all my parts. All parts are working great and pricing is at least 20-40% cheaper than any other source I found. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but my experience was very positive. These guys go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
They can't mail an original receipt on my two airbags for some reason. I would be glad to add a buck for the postage to my $2,385.68 purchase but I don't have that option. I can't pass WA state patrol without it in order to register my car. Matt Patrick, at customer service said that he will mail it but I still didn't get anything two weeks after and no one replies to my emails or voicemails anymore.

This company is awful, I placed an order for a part they said they had in stock. It was supposed to be here 11 days later. On the 12th day after receiving no shipping or tracking info and multiple emails and calls to the company I got an email letting me know the order was now cancelled with no explanation or warning. Go anywhere else to get your parts, do not use this useless company!

Nothing short of scammers here folks. Zero customer service and no follow up or back up. Good luck if you ever needed a warranty claim with them. Plenty of other real genuine parts suppliers on the web. OEM Vehicle Parts - you should be ashamed of yourselves!
OEMvehicleparts Ordered $900.00 worth of parts. Only received $600.00 dollars of parts. The website shows they shipped but never did. When I called them on the phone, the man said he would be right back after he checked the order, then the phone went dead. When I called the second time another man answered and said the main man was not there. Lost $300.00 bucks because had to order somewhere else. Don't trust this site for parts. 8/3/20 Rob
I placed an order for airbags. After about one week I inquired as to the status of the order. Deb replied promptly that they were trying to find a source for the parts however, the parts were back ordered from the manufacturer with no definite supply date. I requested the order be canceled and they agreed without hesitation. Even though they could not complete my order I was pleased with their honesty and prompt email replies.
Bought parts for my Mazda in June of last year. They said part is on backorder and ghosted me. No reply to this day. Literally stealing. $500 down the drain. Asked for refund and still nothing.
We recently purchased approximately $2000 in parts for them and they assisted us every step Of the way. Right down to the shipping and delivery when it appeared it may be lost they even opened up a claim with UPS. Thankfully it wasn't necessary as everything arrived in a timely fashion. Chris in customer service was excellent.

These guys are professional thieves they took my money never shipped apart outright told me they were not going to return my money I have left them Uber a 100 voicemails emails text messages I will not stop texting them till the day I am off this planet I recommend you to do the same they are nothing but common crooks they need to be stopped

They have a scheme to steal money from people. These crooks steal money from customers by initiating shipping to get the money from credit cards and/or Paypal & never ship by claiming parts are coming from Europe and such to waste time until it's too late to start claims! Nothing but indecent crooks who can care less about customers and moral values!

The package was terrible. I opened claim for refund and after 2 months I still didn't get refund.
The customer service is terrible they don't answer on calls and emails. Stay away from them!

Was sent $#*! parts (that looked like theyve been used before)with motors that dont even work. Paid $40 for overnight shipping and didn't receive my package for a week and a half. Got an attitude when i asked about it after not receiving a shipping # for a week. When i got my part and took it to the mechanic he said the parts motor was not working. Ive now been emailing oem for over 2 weeks trying to find out how to ship something back to get a refund or replacement (definitely going for the refund now, after 3 weeks dealing with this i have obviously found another place w the part i needed). Emailed them from different emails as well and they have responded but once i tell them who i am or my order # they stop responding and ignore my emails. You may find parts a bit (just a bit) cheaper on here but it's definitely not worth paying for faster shipping (due to the fact that im pretty sure they are middlemen and have to order the parts from somewhere else to them ship to you) and not worth having to deal with their horrible customer service. In my case i received a door switch w a broken motor(looks to have been used before) and when i began to look at reviews i seen a few with the same problem also stating that they believed to have received preowned parts also. My order # is ******* so you guys know who wrote this review.

We are repeat customers. Dealt w/ Deb at OEM Vehicle Parts and this was our 3rd order from them. She helped expedite the shipping after ordering. One of the items was on Back Order so it arrived in a 2nd package a few weeks later. Thankfully we got it as we waited for the product to come in from overseas.

I am posting my review because I cannot call this company. Yeah, they posted an incomplete number. I ordered 2 things from them, and the shipping is ALWAYS more expensive than the item itself. They will not send your order right away. Once you get the order that they sent after so long, you cannot return it! The reason is that you have to ask for an RMA# with their online customer service. To my dismay, that online customer service is unattended.
With my experience with them, I can say, they are a scam.

They openly admit they don't buy/stock anything - just middlemen. So you'd think that they'd have decent customer service since that's all they really do - take orders and hold your hand. Sadly, they can't even do that to a reasonable standard. And if you're a glutton for punishment and you actually decide to buy from them - check your shipping cost before pressing the button. These clowns like to overcharge on shipping - same small parts shipped to me in Massachusetts cost $15.00 more (50% increase in cost) than if they were shipped from a legit Benz dealer in Nebraska - go figyah! I've dealt with Chinese and Russian parts sweatshops that are more honest/trustworthy/reliable.
I wanted to let everyone know that OEM Vehicle Parts did reach out to me once I reordered the missing parts. I understand that sometimes the catalog pictures might be misunderstanding. They did refund me my shipping cost for my 2nd order. What I do like about this place is they actually have a customer service number you can call. Hope this helps everyone.

Here is my response to their email "Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when I 1st ordered my parts I contacted customer service to verify what is the quantity they would send when ordering. They informed me that whatever is on picture is what I would get. So now I had to reorder the missing parts (*******) and had to repay shipping. I think this is unreasonable since I did call customer service on my original order and the information given to me was not correct. So myself as the customer is the one that has to pay the extra charge for something I would have originally ordered if I was told the correct information when I 1st called customer service.

Unfortunately what is shown from the picture of what you might be receiving might not be correct. I expected to receive 2 Stabilizer links since the picture on the website shown 2 Stabilizer links and customer service informed me whatever is on the picture is what I would receive. Well I had to reorder the part and pay $27 for shipping on a part that costs $21. smh

They helped us get our car back on the road for a lot less money than the dealership. We needed maintenace parts like Timing belt, Pulley, etc... and received the order 2 days later with the expedited shiupping.

I ordered a turbocharger, paid for it with paypal, but never received it, thanks to paypal I got refunded.
Deb is utterly incompetent! I have ordered by exact part number, even shown her schematics from the parts catalog but took me on a wild goose chase to confirm that indeed I was ordering the right part. It turns out I was. It also turns out she sent the wrong item, eventually! The seller dispatched radiator support frame for Toyota RAV4 instead of lower rear control arm for Lexus RX450h.
Being an international package, I offered several alternatives to resolve the impasse. But emails and calls have gone unanswered. She would not refund. She does not care, and she honestly doesnt understand this business.
It is clear to me Deb, and OEM Vehicle Parts, are running a scheme to rip-off consumers of their hard-earned money. Avoid dealing with anyone associated with this entity. Avoid this aweful company. They will steal your money and waste your time! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
