OEM Vehicle Parts

OEMvehicleparts Ordered $900.00 worth of parts. Only received $600.00 dollars of parts. The website shows they shipped but never did. When I called them on the phone, the man said he would be right back after he checked the order, then the phone went dead. When I called the second time another man answered and said the main man was not there. Lost $300.00 bucks because had to order somewhere else. Don't trust this site for parts. 8/3/20 Rob

Ok let me start by saying how misleading this company is i was looking for a part for my vehicle came across this company. Online they have me paid for expedited shipping with a delivery time june 6-10 no update its june 10 cant get anyone on the phone not even sure why have a phone with a voicemail set if you can never get a call back or even get someone on the phone this morning i got a email reply from deb i was told the part is in transit but cant give me a time when ill get my purchase i ask why even offer expedite service and give a time when you cant offer it DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WORK WITH THE DEALERSHIP PAY THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS save your self the hassle dealing with these incompetent jacks.

List of BS below:
1.Expensive 2 DAY shipping for a part they do NOT even have in stock
2. Cancel order and told my account had not been debited
3. Received INCORRECT part almost a month later. (Of a CANCELLED order)
4. Account was in fact debited for whole amount. (2 day shipping fee was over
three times the parts value)
5. PART RECIEVED WAS NOT EVEN CORRECT
6. Here is hoping they credit my account after I send part I didn't order back.
7. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. INCOMPETENT AND COMPLETELY UNPROFFESIONAL!

These guys are professional thieves they took my money never shipped apart outright told me they were not going to return my money I have left them Uber a 100 voicemails emails text messages I will not stop texting them till the day I am off this planet I recommend you to do the same they are nothing but common crooks they need to be stopped

RIP-OFF ALERT! OEM Vehicle Parts(oemvehicleparts.com) did RIP-OFF to customers on parts which were never received. I ordered 45 parts but only received 39 items in a fully packed package. 6 parts were missing from the shipment and the box has no extra space to stuff the missing 6 parts altogether in the same box.
This company made me to be responsible for the "missing pieces" which they confirmed were shipped even though I've never received them.
In fact, my order was a backorder which took around 2 months to ship. After I've received the partial order, it already passed the window to file dispute. What a perfect scam!
Take my RIP-OFF experience as a warning. KEEP AWAY from this seller! Save your time and money.

Great service when ordering. When I needed to return one part, suddenly no return emails or phone calls. Try eBay or Amazon first.

Was sent $#*! parts (that looked like theyve been used before)with motors that dont even work. Paid $40 for overnight shipping and didn't receive my package for a week and a half. Got an attitude when i asked about it after not receiving a shipping # for a week. When i got my part and took it to the mechanic he said the parts motor was not working. Ive now been emailing oem for over 2 weeks trying to find out how to ship something back to get a refund or replacement (definitely going for the refund now, after 3 weeks dealing with this i have obviously found another place w the part i needed). Emailed them from different emails as well and they have responded but once i tell them who i am or my order # they stop responding and ignore my emails. You may find parts a bit (just a bit) cheaper on here but it's definitely not worth paying for faster shipping (due to the fact that im pretty sure they are middlemen and have to order the parts from somewhere else to them ship to you) and not worth having to deal with their horrible customer service. In my case i received a door switch w a broken motor(looks to have been used before) and when i began to look at reviews i seen a few with the same problem also stating that they believed to have received preowned parts also. My order # is ******* so you guys know who wrote this review.

Had a broken transfer case sent out to me with a broken connector and vaccum line they didnt do anything to help out just made the situation worse
