I've gone back to ordering from Ocado after being let down so many times by Waitrose. Everything I order turns up, the use-by dates are more than acceptable and the driver lugs my groceries up five flights of stairs (unlike Waitrose who require me to decant my groceries into bags on my doorstep). And Ocado take their bags back...

Ocado's delivery service is appalling beyond reason. For the third time, the driver lost and damaged half of my order. There is no point using this company when so many others are far better. Ocado equals poor quality and dreadful customer service.
I have never felt sure of on-line shopping, Ocado changed all that. I am vegan, and gluten free. I have never before found a food store, that offers such variety. It's incredible! I now find 90% or more in shopping with them. If there's a problem with anything, surprisingly they fix it, making my shopping easier. I believe it's the first tele-marketing company that, even their employee's say, 'They're a great company'. As a client, that's how they make me feel, Special. They are easy to deal with,, and I feel the prices are in line..
Ocado saved my life! No more wandering around a supermarket - they deliver direct to your door in hour time slots. They have a great selection of products - and price match with Tesco. A couple of times they have substituted items I have ordered for other items - but they are happy if you refuse these. Also if any of your goods are damaged or not as you would expect they will refund your money. Recommend!

Last week I was parked up and an Ocado van scraped the entire side of my car and also slightly dented the body above the rear wheel arch. Ocado's insurance said I can either get it repaired or get the cash value of the repair paid to me. If the garage considers the car a write off would I get the full cash value of the car paid to me? Dont want to take responsivity and need to get my insurance to sort it don't buy from Ocado stay away from the, make sure you check google reviews about this company Ocado before you buy form them
I simply cannot at this point continue shopping from an establishment whose main export seems to be viruses, and enforced by the management, apparently. They are, literally, weaponizing a pandemic! Vile people!
Pretty good service overall - not too many substitutions which is great and quality is fine too. Drivers are always friendly and happy to help out. Will continue to use for a fortnightly big shop.
Ocado drive have damage my car in a private property, I have call they about 5 times but all the time the said some one will Coll me but this never happen, I should go to the police?
