The products they sell are average quaility at best, sometimes a lot worse. Their prices are maeked up tremendously. But the worse aspect of this company is their customer service that treats customers like adversaries.
The shipping department regularly misses items, and then customer service wants to play amateur detective by checking shipping weights and asking for photos of items from the shipping, thinking that we simply kept all products sealed in the bags in which they arrived.
I would avoid the headaches and not do business with Nuts.com.
By the way, Nuts.com by default sells and shares your information to third parties. You need to complete a form twice to opt out, and even then, they don't seem to process those requests.

Nuts.com has some fine products, eg I like several items including their bridge mixture, fudges and even teas. My main complaint is about some of their nuts not being fresh. Considering that this is their specialty this is a bit of a shock. I recently threw out a bag of sunflower seeds which which had gone bad after about 4 months and had been tasting off well before this. Peanuts in their peanut brittle similarly tasted off and various peanut mixes have not been great. There are no " best use by" dates on anything I have had from them, evidently this is only required for infant food. They seem to be cutting corners about sending fresh food.

Shipping fees

I actually like the products from this company. They're fresh unlike a lot of other companies. The one thing I hate is the Shipping prices and they definitely dont have enough discounted items. Another bad practice... They offered free shipping on a total amount... you meet that amount BUT if youre shipping to two different locations... the deals Off the table. Thats crappy because my total had already met the minimum for the deal regardless. Other words False Advertising on their part.

I have dealt with this company for 2 years now and each time I have ordered from them the product is fresh, delivered quickly, and nicely packaged. They are able to provide product I am unable to obtain where I live. They have a wide variety of products. They have never made a mistake on my order and their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to deal with this company and can thus far recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT Order!

I ordered 3 bags if the Roasted Mixed Nuts. I poured these from the bags to serve at a gathering. They appeared to have been on the shelf for a very, very long time. Because I did pour them out into dishes, I noticed there were hardly any Brazil nuts or pecans, so I sifted through them. Each bag contained 5 or 7 Brazil nuts and less than 10 pecans each. Do NOT believe the made-up reviews on the nuts.com website! I emailed their customer service department twice but never received any type of response. Do NOT let www.nuts.com RIP you off!

Terrible experience

I ordered product with a specified delivery date. 3 days past the date, it still has not arrived. The Customer Service person could not have been any less interested in helping and even told me they couldn't trace the carrier.

What a waste of money. No delivery was received yet my credit card was charged.

Expensive

Prices are more then double that of Costco. Yes they have a much better selection but I get 2lb. Of organic Brazilian nits at Costco for $12.99 here it's 16.99 for just one pound, quite a difference. Same with walnuts and almonds.

Mostly delicious

Placed a first order from Nuts.com. Fast shipping, placed it on Sunday evening, had it by Wednesday. I am extremely happy with the Key Lime pretzels, they are yummy! The Cherry Almond Granola is great too. Also ordered the unsweetened banana chips. Disgusting. They have absolutely no banana flavor at all. I brought them to work to share, not one of my coworkers liked them, most spit them out and one even said it was like chewing flavorless cardboard. I would order the other items again but hard pass on the banana chips. I cannot even imagine the sweetened ones being good. I mean there was NO banana flavor at all.

I placed an order with Nuts.com during their Cyber-Monday sale. Their promo on their site said 30% off plus free shipping on all orders over $59. (My order came to about $65) When they sent my receipt I saw that they had given me the 30% off but charged for shipping. I called them and was told the order would have to total $59 AFTER the 30% off, which is not what the ad stated. I cancelled my order (and am glad I did after reading their reviews) but am still waiting to get my money refunded. I would not recommend ordering from this place.

Stale products

I ordered 2 caramel popcorn, trail mix and chocolate sunflower seeds. We were so excited to get the products.
The popcorn was as stale and hard to chew. The trail mix had corn nuggets which we love; however the were so hard we could chew them.
Ending up throwing away the popcorn and trail mix.
The chocolate sunflower seeds were good. The kids loved them.
Will not order again from Nuts.com.

Delivery was always 9+ days. My daughter who lives 10 miles from me would order and her delivery came in 3 days! So disappointed in their products. Some of the packages tasted old when you opened them. Will never order again from this company. Easier to go to WINCO and buy bulk items instead.

Nuts were stale.

I got these for the first time for my husband for Christmas. It wasn't cheap so I definitely expected more. They had a yummy candy coating but inside that coating were rancid almonds. Not impressed and will not be ordering more.

Sourced From CHINA

Beware! I ordered spirulina, organic barley powder, wheatgrass powder, chlorella powder, and bee pollen, and found out afterwards that they are all sourced from CHINA. Anyone with common sense knows that products from China cannot be trusted, even if they've "passed inspection". Anything grown in China has a higher level of toxins and are more prone to contamination. You get what you pay for. Nuts.com is cheap for a reason.

They're my hero! They have great prices, especially on spices. Their quinoa can't be beat. Not only a great price but it comes pre-washed. Love that you can make your own snack mix. Lots of items, well organized. Their shipping is always super fast. I usually receive my package the next day! My only complaint is they never seem to have any promotions. If that means I can always rely on them for competitive or best prices and fast shipping, so be it. Oh and they usually put a little sample of something in with each package. A nice surprise.

This company has the best products around! I get the Jumbo Raw Peanuts in the shell for my furry friends who are now my outdoor pets, and because I'm across the country in WA state I sometimes run out before my shipment arrives and I have to go to the feed store to get some to tide me over... My little critters do not like these nearly as much. They leave these peanuts pretty much as compared to always having to replenish several times a day!

Have had the candy and the dried fruit really incredible! Use to go to Trader Joe's for dried fruit and now just Nuts.com! Their customer service is superb!

I'm proud to be part of the nut family!

I love Nuts.com! I have ordered from nuts.com for years, mostly organics for my home-made trail mix. Nuts.com has the best products: selection variety, lots of organics and it is always fresh and delicious. Delivery is prompt, and the packaging always makes me smile. Service has always been accurate and the freebies are innovative. Nuts.com made this a merry holiday for my sister and helped me to be with her tangibly, when all travel is restricted. It is my go-to shop for personal snack and cooking supplies and for gifts.

I love dark chocolate, and visited Nuts.com when found an ad on Facebook. Omg! There are so many things to chose from. I found two items I never've seen in stores, and placed an order. Products were super fresh, packed well in the delivery box. The individual bags were of super quality, easy to re seal for later consumption! The nuts/popcorn were delicious! Fed Ex was quick-a day earlier than projections, tracking system was detailed and updated regularly! Great products, great experience!

These guts are GREAT
