Hi my is Jerrell and I've been coming to the NTB on military hwy for some time time now and I love the service here. They friendly and professional. I never go anywhere else but here. I moved here 8 years ago and been coming here ever since. This is the best place go get your car worked on

Yeah I've been going to these guys at Little River South Carolina NTB for a while to get my oil change and tire rotations. Had an appointment today at 9:00 a.m. got there at 8:50 a.m. and I'm usually in and out within an hour most of the time less than an hour. But today I sat there until 9:35. My car had not been pulled in and when I said I had to go and reschedule they said oh we're getting ready to pull it in, too fuc-ing late! Don't know what was going on but you guys suck today. A WASTE OF MY DAMN TIME TODAY! I will try one more time but this was unacceptable today. JS

Everyone was nice and helpful and told me about all the amazing deals they have to help me save money.

Columbus, OH Silver Drive— Went because my breaks were "sticky". After they assessed my car I was told that my calipers, break pads, and rotors all needed to be changed($1200 minus labor fees). I am a female who has no knowledge about cars so I was hesitant but desperate to have my car fixed in time for work. Not knowing any better I gave them the go ahead to do the work. I told my partner and she flipped. Called other men asking if this was normal pricing everyone said no. So I called back to have it canceled not even 30 minutes after I said go. Ended up paying $400 for labor. Technician said it takes 30 minutes to take apart each brake. 2 brakes were already taken apart during the assessment before the actual service…

Make it make sense.

This location in chantilly is the worst place. I had a 2:30 Pm reservation; I came 15 minutes early to save some time; the unprofessional guy at the front desk told me: sorry we're so busy we can't take your car for another hour. Why you booked me for 2:30 pm than? No answer; I don't recommend this stupid customer service to anyone.

I visited the NTB stores on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA needing a tire mounted on a rim. They took care of me immediately for no charge. Great people and great service.

My wife and I visited the NTB on Highway 6 in Houston, Texas. We were greeted by Brittany Green who was very knowledgeable about the company services. We inquired about tires and a few other things. There were many great things that she provided to us that made us want to do business at this location.
There was a service that NTB didn't do, but Brittany gave us another company that worked on transmission. We visited that company, and they did great work on our vehicles. NTB, we're looking forward to be doing business at this location with Brittany Green. She needs a raise & promotion. Great customer service skills it means a lot to us. Great Job overall Brittany Green!

First time there had a good experience. Mechanic was efficient, performed good work, and sound advice.
We returned today to get the additional work the mechanic recommended. The mechanic wasn't there but the manager was. She insisted on up selling us on additional but unnecessary work. I doubt she has ever turned a wrench and her customer service skills weren't anything to brag about.

Took car to a second mechanic. After inspection they determined none of the suggested work was required. NTB wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars for work that did not need to be done.

First time coming to the NTB location on wendover in Greensboro my experience was awesome Kevin the manager very helpful knowledgeable overall a great person he takes his job very serious and genuinely cares about his customers my technician was Matt he did a great job took his time and made sure everything was correct

THE Winchester, Va location is not trust worthy. You go into get tires. They come up with all these things wrong with your vechile(especially women). Then they add on warranty you didn't ask for the that can't be canceled. Not to mention I took my vechile in to have my tires rotated and a nail remove and plugged. Once the job was syppose to be completed. I walked around the vechile to inspect the work abd low and behold the same tire that had the nail still had the nail. But all the time my invoice stated it had been plugged. When questioned I was told that they did the rotation abs plugged. Yet all in the same breathe the worker started he didn't know how he missed it. But prior he stated that he helped him to rotate them so they could get the next customer in because she had another appointment. Then he wanted me to miss work again the next day and come back so they could fix. Mind you I spent almost 2 hours there yesterday. Needless to say I won't ever use NTB WINCHESTER FOR MY TIRE NEEDS! BUYERS BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! If I could give a rating of 0 I would.

On 10/14/17 I had a 1pm appointment and a 2.30 pm appoint for oil changes in Waxhaw N. C. since I had two cars to get oil changes for that day. I got to NTB at 1240 pm and ended up leaving at 5pm. The first oil change in car # 1 went well except they were late getting started and did not honor the appointment time. Got the oil changed in the second car and when they finished with the job I got in my car and there was lots of grease on both of my doors, steering wheel, my seats, and dash. It was an night mare. NTB tried to clean my car but I can still 4 days later smell grease inside my car. When I left the manager said he would have his manager contact me about getting my seats professionally cleaned but 4 days later I have not heard from them. Very bad business since you are only good as your word. I wont never go back to this location or company anymore since I got such a raw deal. Why can't you NTB honor your customers and when you tell them something be as good as your word.

For the past two times I have got my oil changed at NTB(National Tire and Battery) and my car uses synthetic oil so it cost 75.00. I hardly ever drive my car only to the Doctor, Grocery Store, and Drug Store. You know how they stick that little sticker on your windshield telling you when you reached those miles you need a oil change?
Well I looked at mine the other month and the miles were over my 5000 miles before change. I thought how could this be I never drive my car and had not long ago got my oil changed. So I took it in to NTB for another oil change and when I got home I looked at the sticker on the windshield and they put the miles on the sticker that is currently on my car. Instead of adding 5000 miles to the old mileage they scam you by putting the original mileage on your car when you took it in. NTB is a total scam! Please check your mileage sticker before you leave and I am sure they will say "Oh they just made a mistake"!

I went to NTBT to get oli change they sold us a tire. In process my cars sensor that tell it how fast it is going was broke in process of all this i am sure when we drove off not even 10 secs into driving all lights are flashing but they say did not do anything wrong and will not fix the problem! Called corp office and they hung up phone on me twice! Poor service and just rude mgr was having a personal conversation when we went back to fix problem and made us wait til she was done! Then told service mgr it was not the fault of ntnb she said so i could hear her. Sad this place is JUST THE WORST PLACE!

The NTB store in Austell GA on the East West Connector not only does an excellent job in keeping my automobile running smoothly, their Customer Service is outstanding! Each time I have occasion to visit I am greeted with friendly personnel and great attitudes. At my last visit Cameron even went out to a local restaurant and brought back orders for the two of us in the waiting room... never expected that! Kudos to all of the Austell GA NBT folks.
