I was hunting for a specific theme and could not believe Kelly nailed it! Brother just got his first of two stents and our beloved cardiologist is retiring.( I make gnomes out of socks) Kelly came up with 'cardio' socks~ PERFECT! I really liked the hand written thank you letter! The socks seem to be high quality as well. My only complaint is the plastic packaging they came in but all in all 5/5
