I have never had such a terrible experience before. I have ordered three very large packages for 1 month and none of them have arrived. I was trying to figure out what the problem was and I have been trying to communicate with the support for exactly 1 week, but they give me very short and incomprehensible answers. As I found out, the house number is indicated incorrectly, but that is not my fault either, because I tried to write it down, but for some reason the name was not written in full. The support told me to find out and correct the address and to wait another 3 days, but when I went to my page, the address was written the same way. I'm trying to explain this to the support and I'm writing, but they haven't responded to me for a whole day, they haven't delivered the parcel, they haven't responded, they haven't refunded my money either. I don't know what to do. This is the first time I've seen such a terribly unorganized service. Shame on such a big company!

I was disappointed with the condition of the box once i took off the cellophane wrapper.
The presentation box was finished poorly as if it was a second or a copy? I expect a lot better for a purchase of over £150.
I contacted them and informed them, sent pictures. Just standard reply, but nothing done!

Terrible customer service and Breach your Consumer Rights.

I ordered 2 beauty products, which both arrived smashed. I was refused a refund or replacement under my Consumer Rights and instead the supervisor wanted to engage in email pingpong.
I will not be using this retailer again! And I would not trust their returns policy statement.

I ordered perfume and it's been the fifth day Even still I have not received my shipment news, when will it be delivered or what is the expected date. I emailed them and got no response which is extremely poor. Strongly not recommended for online shopping. Thanks

I purchased from Beauty spin 13days ago. Haven't received my £33 order & they haven't responded to my emails. Thank God I paid by Paypal & can claim money back if necessary. I would say if its required for a gift I would suggest you err on caution. I would not recommend using this company.
