Great site, good products, good prices and fast deliveries. Just an advice: don´t choose transporter SEUR to make the delivery. The 2 times that i choose SEUR they lost my order. When SEUR lost my package i had to call the costumer support many times but they solved the situation sending new products to replace those lost in the transport
I ordered perfume and it's been the fifth day Even still I have not received my shipment news, when will it be delivered or what is the expected date. I emailed them and got no response which is extremely poor. Strongly not recommended for online shopping. Thanks

I ordered a perfume for Christmas. It came in time and everything was fine.
First time ordering from Notino, I ordered some hair dye and an eyeshadow pallet. Granted, it wasn't too long from the holidays but I feel they couldn't have sent it a bit sooner. All I ordered was sent and in great condition. I just might order from there again.
I purchased from Beauty spin 13days ago. Haven't received my £33 order & they haven't responded to my emails. Thank God I paid by Paypal & can claim money back if necessary. I would say if its required for a gift I would suggest you err on caution. I would not recommend using this company.

Terrible customer service and Breach your Consumer Rights.
I ordered 2 beauty products, which both arrived smashed. I was refused a refund or replacement under my Consumer Rights and instead the supervisor wanted to engage in email pingpong.
I will not be using this retailer again! And I would not trust their returns policy statement.
