My condo was literally filled with stuff when the movers arrived. I was really in a hurry and being the solo resident, I never had the time to put them in boxes. They were really patient, organized and took their own time to pack them all.

The packing quality was simple impressive. And, most of all, they didnt charge anything more than what was originally proposed. Some of the delicate items were wrapped in multiple layers and meticulously loaded into the trucks. Not one of them got damaged and I was pleasantly surprised with their attention to detail.

The crew which helped me move were really friendly and promptly answered my queries. I had to opt for an interstate move and throughout the process, the representatives from the company kept calling me. North Van Lines is one mover whom I would whole heartedly recommend without any second thoughts.

They were really cautious about the goods. Being a musician, I had lots of fragile items at home including some instruments. I packed them earlier but they were the ones who loaded them in the truck. I was really restless at the moment but these guys proved me wrong with their service quality.

I just cant recommend the movers without specifying their highlights. They are inexpensive, very good people, friendly, punctual and most of all made sure our belongings were secured when loaded in the truck. Not many can make such claims but these guys could!

Our move was on such short notice but I wasnt really worried because I knew I could trust the people at North Van lines. I reserved my slot and the team arrived as planned. They were on to the job immediately and got all the items loaded within a matter of three hours.

For people who actually get paid based on hours, this was an amazing job as a whole. I have had the opportunity to hire them almost a year ago. I was confident that they were the best of the lot. The entire crew proved me one more time that they are simply the best of the best. Good job people and will call you again when I need to move.

The crew from North Van Lines were really co-operative. I have had experience with at least two different moving companies. There is often a confusion among such crews and they always like to finish the job as quick as possible. It leads to chaos and sometimes goods getting damaged.

Such an experience never existed with this company. They were never hasty at all which was something I never expected a moving company would do. The items were neatly packed and the guys took their time to load in the truck. Be it a local move or an inter-state transfer, these people are the best.

Even when they loaded it in the truck, there was no sign of hurry. The items in my home including the home theater setup, bed and furniture had some fitting to be done. They did it using some tools which sped up the process. It was not stressful at any point of time.

I did the same with this moving company and they really satisfied to their level best. Totally done to the best.

The guys brought all the necessary tools and equipment. They used proper gloves which helped ensure the safety of goods as well as the crew. The tools made it easy to remove the home theater system and other setups I have at home. It reduced the time spent in loading and everything got delivered in mint condition.

The guys, Travis, Alex and Max who landed in my home were exceptionally courteous and very helpful. The team really knew what they should do and shouldnt do. I instructed them with the basics. Some of the stuff was already packed while the bigger ones were left intact. The team took care of it.

Max was totally responsive and gave attention to my requirements. He never slowed down the work at any point. The packing was totally satisfactory. It was packed in a neat bundle and didnt had any type of damage on it. I was totally happy with the service and it was a satisfactory experience on the whole.

The first phase of the move was easy. I called up the people at North Van Lines and told them my requirement. They took it down and sent us their team on the fixed day. The real problem started on moving day. Some tools were missing as the ones they brought didnt fit the home theater system.

I called up their customer care. It took almost 30 minutes to solve the situation. Another guy brought the tools. I should say I was totally satisfied. There was some commotion during the gap but nothing that can be solved later on. The service was really good, I would say.

One thing that most companies I hired in the past was that they lacked communication. The people from North Van Lines were quite sensible and they always updated me on the latest situation. I got calls from the customer care and the crew who worked in my home notified me of what they are doing.

The job was carried out in a totally seamless manner. The crew never called us for help. They just followed the instructions precisely and made sure the items were in place. The packing was really good. I had to pay a little extra in order to cover some items that were not in the list but it was worth it.

North van lines sent a team of five people to my home. With five bedrooms and plenty of areas to cover, we had to hire additional services. They charged on an hourly basis as most companies do. It was affordable, at least based on the budget I had in mind.

Besides, the good thing was the people never delayed a single minute even though we will actually pay them if theres an extra hour. The job was quickly done but in an orderly fashion. It was a fun filled day because I was totally carefree and they took the stress out of me. Good job people.

Ben, Mach and two more guys were the ones who helped us move. I booked my slot at least a month ago with North van lines. They knew all about my requirements and the type of goods in my household. Packing started early in the morning as my house has four bedrooms and is bit big.

I paid them extra because the total hours got extended and the job was really huge. I am glad that the company didnt charge anything extra than the one we agreed upon when signing the contract. We spent more than four hours to load them all in the truck. I am sure most other employees would be annoyed by the work but these guys didnt.
