Tried to buy local, no one had all the items I needed in stock. NorthlineExpress did.
After i had paid for my product notice on the reciept of the full title of the product was not what i wanted, so i called and emailed right away to cancel and no one could help me and they sent it anyways so now i have to return it and not get the full cost back because no reimbursment for shipping when it all could have been avoided

Product was more of rubber then mortar, tricky to apply
Easy checkout received parts in good condition. The wall thimble was supposed to come wit a round outside panel I got a square one. Did not match the photo on box. The square corners on outside panel covered the 2 mounting holes on the support bracket.I had to cut access holes in panel. Real pain in the $#*! install because of this. Not Northline express fault. But Manufacturer DURA VENTS fault. They should have thought that out when they put alternate part in box.
The whole end was crushed in. We didn't even take it out of the box. Looks like a forklift blade slammed into it. That was three days ago and haven't heard back yet.
