I was looking to extend an existing chimney as the blow back on windy days was unacceptable. We figured this would happen due to the previous owner had not extended it sufficiently. We had a tough time matching the existing pipe as there was no definitive markings on it. I finally found a few numbers and letters that would eventually help. Northlines representative Jennifer was the saving grace. She took the time to contact me and diligently research the numbers I gave her and came up with the proper pipe to use. After installation with the support bracket they supplied us with we are happy to say all is working fantastic. So much thanks to Jennifer for her help. Northline should be more than proud to have such an efficient employee working for them. People like her are hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend northline express to anyone.

The first shelter I bought said it is 8x16. Yes, but only at the bottom. It slants so much by the time you reach 4ft off the ground you only have 5ft! It came without canvas! So I ordered a bigger shelter 10x16 - but it came without canvas - again! For crying in the sink, they don't have their act together. If you want to send it back, they want it in the original boxes - good luck fitting it back in there and they want you to pay for the return shipping, which is about the amount you paid for the shelter in the first place!

I ordered 3 items, a gallon, a quart, and a pint. They were all put together in one box with some packing material, but not tightly packed. The lid of the small item came open and made a mess. It was a brick crack sealer and it dried to a somewhat milky white, rubbery silicone like product. I did not like what that would look like on my brick and decided not to use or ask for a replacement or refund. I just notified Northline so they would know for future orders. I told them I was not asking for a refund, just wanted them to improve their shipping practices as I spent quite a bit of time cleaning up the mess that got on the other 2 containers. They need to pack items tightly and maybe tape on lids that pop off with a little pressure. They sent an email back asking for pictures and did not seem to really read my email. I did use the flashing sealant and really liked that. I just do not think I will order online again.

Needed some black stove pipe and could no find any here locally. Searched on internet and found your company and best of all 'MADE IN THE USA'...old pipe here is 20+ years and time to install new pipe. Finally got wood stove running last year and was hoping that the pipe would survive the winter...thankfully, it did and to be on the safe side, I will replace it this winter season...

Though the website said the part was available to ship, it was actually backordered. Nobody emailed to let me know, so after a couple weeks I called to find out that it was backordered. If I had known it was backordered I would have gone with another brand. Then I had a very difficult time getting ahold of customer service.
