I had been waiting for over 6 weeks to receive chimney material which were to have been in stock. When they arrived via UPS several were damaged. I am still short some pieces to which I have yet to get a response. We hired a mechanical contractor to repair some of the damage so we could continue on the project. This has been noting but a nightmare. I still don't have all my stuff and no return labels to return the couple pieces we cannot use. I am and have been in a jam.
This is described as a 12" strap but the diameter is 14". I had to return (cost me $52 to mail back) and reorder what you describe as an 8" strap to get a 12" diameter. Weird and annoying.

Ordered pipe because it said it was in stock. After i ordered and got an email conformation that said everything was shipped, only part of the order showed up. Now it is still showing in stock but i am having to wait on the manufacturer to ship it directly from them?

Order 6" diameter adjustable wall strap for stove chimney. Diameter of the product is 10" so it did not fit. When I called to return and order the right product told I would need to pay shipping back, a restock fee, and the cost of their shipping to me. If I would have done that it would have given me little to no refund on a product that is not advertised properly. Beware of any purchases from this company. No customer service. Their lose because I have 10 stoves to install this season

First off product is as expected and worked as planed. While checking out I could not get my discount entered so I contacted support and they did not even read my request just said you need to be logged in. That's it. I told them I was but it kept saying invalid. 15% is not a ton but it's something I should have received. I did try again but got no reply.
