The fan was as advertised, plenty of air flow. The only downside is that if smoke escapes through the opening for the fan shaft you need to leave it running all the time. Same fan is available at Home Depot for $165

I am not happy at all with the the smell that comes from the pipe that should have gone away pretty quickly it bothers my wife's breathing. I would not buy from you again obviously you have some chemical that emits a horrible smell. I have never had that experience in the past with other companies. The amount of money I spent on that pipe there should be minimal smell period

The plug at the bottom of our clean out tee rotted off due to excessive creosote and rain. This was a perfect replacement plug without having to buy the entire tee.
Fireplace grate we bought in 2013 from you is still in perfect condition. It has a lifetime warranty which is great and we had replaced our fire grate every 1-2 years prior to buying this one from you. This is the main reason we purchased the fire tools from you.
