Delivery took 5+ weeks. Ordered Christmas gifts in mid-November, barely received product in time for Christmas. Product maybe be good, still remains to be seen... Customer service is awful, and staff don't seem to know what is going on or how their own internal processes work.

Bought 2 pairs of the winter trousers - good communication and delivery from Canada to UK - trousers are super comfortable and very warm!

The pants are very comfortable.I probably should have size34 versus 36.Didn't realize they stretched as much.Overall I like the pants.Quality appears there.

Received my order in four weeks. Pants fit perfectly and are comfortable.

I opened the package to wrap the pants and belt separately for Xmas and am very, very disappointed to find neon orange zippers on the grey pants! There are no views of orange zippers in photos or mentions of any contrasting zipper colours in any descriptions specifically for the charcoal colour.

The reason we didn't choose black? Orange zippers. Not choosing green? Contrasting knee panels. Looking for something a little more refined. So I'm absolutely dumbfounded to see orange. I'm furious.

Luckily they will still be warm. I still believe in your company. Just change the photo from "artfully" covering the pocket! The charcoal pants look otherwise like they could be an Everywhere pant. If only you represented them accurately in your photos…

I purchased a pair of these pants for my guy and as picky as he can be I was a bit worried he might not like them or they might not fit him the way he likes. He spends a lot of time outdoors going for walks etc. Well he loves them! Even up here in northern Alberta in Canada where the temperature has dropped down to -40 degrees with the windchill, he said the pants were wind proof and he was warm! He likes them so much that he has created his own account in order to purchase another pair. He wants a green pair but you are out of stock in his size.

I really like my new pants. They have great stretch and insulation. I ordered a size down as recommended and I'm glad I did. I am curvy, so I do find even with the elasticized waist, that they gape at the back and slip down a bit if I'm crouched. Definitely need a belt, but usually don't bother anyway. I wouldn't say they're a perfect fit, but so comfortable, and great for rain and snow. I love the pocket details and side zips at the ankles.

It took 4 days and mutiple tries before the site accepted the discount code...a very irritating experience! And then, another 3 weeks before it was delivered. I live in BC; NG is not located in BC!

First shipment was not correct size for me but my wife gladly took them and she just loves them. Reordered another larger size and the waist fits great. The length is longer but they will work for me.

My order finally arrived but it took over a month. The pants I ordered are fine.

I have had trouser's similar to these, might have been the same but different colour. I ordered a waist size 36 and they come up nearer to 40, on top of that they are very elasticated. To send them back would be too troublesome not to mention expensive so I pull my belt extra tight. All in all a very good quality product but Designed in Canada, made in China means absolutely nothing where they are designed they are still a Chinese product albeit a good Chinese product

All went well. It is a Christmas gift so I can't review product. Hopefully he loves them!

Very pleased with the pants, boxer briefs are somewhat tight

I ordered the water resistant adventure pants. I use them for commuting to work on my bicycle. They work very well, are warm and block the chilling wind too. They are a generous fit, but comfortable. Definitely worth the purchase.

Very impressed with this gear - sizing is bang on and delivers what has been described

You should not provide waybill with delivery expectations when the order had not shipped. No replies from customer service not a great feeling.

I liked the first pair so much, I bought another, just in a different colour!
