Shipping time was very slow it was over 3 weeks to receive the order.

The pants I ordered seem to be really good quality. Fit is true to size. I'm 5'2" and about 115lbs. The size 0 fit like a glove; I accidentally ordered 0 regular and should have ordered 0 short. I just wish I could have had them in time for the vacation for which I ordered them. It is listed in the FAQs that delivery time "can take up to 6 weeks", but I really wish this was more apparent at checkout. It took almost a month for them to arrive. Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiries. They did claim that they couldn't re-route the package back to the company because it had already shipped. I'm not in postal work, but re-routing is done once something ships. You also have to pay to ship back exchanges.

I highly recommend the hunting pants, they are made well and glad to add them to my hunting gear

I bought the fleece line pants for my cold weather hiking adventures. First day out hike up a mountain side to get up on a ridge was a good steep climb. -10c that morning with light snow pants worked great Not to hot while climbing steady. Very comfortable and flexible while climbing over fallen timber. The only thing I would want them to add would be a reinforced crouch and the but area to. Just to help the life of the pants when dragging over windfall trees or sliding down slopes and even just sitting on hard scratchy jagged surfaces. I oder my pants the same size as I would my jeans and they fit great. All I'm I would definitely buy more and have been telling friends about them great pants for the out doors..

Very disappointed with how long the items I ordered took to ship. Don't be fooled by early tracking info as it's misleading. It took almost 3 weeks to deliver.

Some of the explanatory emails were a little ambiguous, e.g. shipping times, but hopefully overall, communications were good.
Pros.
Very fast shipping considering the source factory is in Asia. Well within the promised timeframe.
Perfect, true to size fit. 36x32"
Worn several times in less than perfect conditions but very warm and comfortable in less than perfect conditions.
Waterproof, but not sweaty.
Cons.
In my size (36 waist, 32 leg) the fly zip should be about 1" longer.
Top, rivet style button is loosely applied and may not last too long.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Adventure Pants. Thank you.

Love the pants, great fit, great look. Definitely need to wear the pants with a belt though. The elastic waist is great for comfort but can ride down when bent over.
Constant email and marketing can be less. So many specials, and discounts its hard to keep track of whats a good deal or not. The more marketing that gets sent out, the faster it gets read and deleted maybe to my own detriment..

The water resistant women's pants are super comfy and warm. They fit perfect! I ordered a men's pair but they were too big. I sent them back for an extra exchange. I'm currently waiting for the exchange to arrive but I was very impressed when Northbound contacted me to follow up regarding my order. Great service!

Northbound designs and makes great clothing! They are also a pleasure to deal with. The answer info request emails within a day. Website is easy to navigate and shipping is good as well.

The gotcha sale after checkout is not classy. Just offer the deal. I'm a 41 on the waist, order a 36...way too big. Company at first was understanding, but then sent me another pair of pants the same size instead of smaller like I showed them I needed. Their shipping takes a month, so these mistakes... One month after order, one month after screw up and now they want me to wait another month? It's cold and I need pants now. The get +1 star for giving me a refund, but the should have sent smaller pants as requested.

Never received order. Contacted northbound and they said they sent a new order but not what I originally order because they were out of stock. Never received that order either. I give them no stars but it will not let me!

Look forward to the jacket as I already have your pants you advertise.

Thought these adventure pants (due to pricing) were made in Canada by a Canadian company… nope, they were shipped out from China… actually thought it was a spam due to the different shipper's name in the CP tracking! Shipping took about a week from placing order to receiving order in QC (Canada).
Haven't wore nor tested them out in the cold weather but when I do… it'll be 6-8 hours daily for work in the coming months.
The pants do look like they are made with quality materials… we'll have to wait & see.

Delivery is a little long but communication is good and the product, trousers, are great.

Be sure of your sizes because if you need to return your item from the U.S. to Canada, the shipping cost is prohibitive.

Order was easy to place and shipment from China was surprisingly fast
