I ordered the Men's "Adventure" Water Resistant Pants on Dec 11 and received them on Dec 30 - just an FYI for customers to leave plenty of time for shipment arrival. The fit and quality of the pants are excellent and though they are listed 'water-resistent', water beads right off of the fabric-no seepage at all! Fit was true to the size-chart. Would definitely order other items from this company.
It took 4 weeks to recieve the item. I emailed customer services numerous times and didnt get a reply for 3 weeks.
I just ordered another pair of pants but with the high waist option as I found the regular rise a bit too low for my liking. I just got the pair I ordered previously and LOVE them (other than the low rise)! I hope they come quicker than the last pair though...bit of a problem there, but they finally arrived!

Ordered pants on Dec 6th. They estimated 15th delivery. Its Jan 7th and I've called four times. Nobody answers. Nobody calls me back. Their customer service is awful.
I had a pair already, and thought my wife would also like some of the light adventure trousers. I was right - a very good purchase experience all 'round.
Out of the box these pants were a perfect fit and incredibly comfortable. I haven't field tested them yet but looking at the quality of the construction I think they will do great. I live in the mountains of Utah so they will be great for winter peak bagging

The process of ordering was easy. The only challenge was discerning the correct size. Felt like I was guessing a bit. The pants are well made and do the job. They aren't as fitted as I had hoped however snowshoeing isn't a fashion exercise!
I've been very unhappy about the whole experience. After I placed the order the times for shipping were long but I still thought it would get there by Christmas. When it obviously wasn't I tried to cancel and was told I couldn't because it was being shipped. No movement on the tracking until it showed up at my daughters door in January. I won't order again from you
Great experience with the products. Took a little long to get the product, but we'll worth the wait.
This is the first time ordering from here and I have to say we were pleased with everything and it all fit perfectly. My husband can't wait for spring to use his pants riding on his new motorcycle!
