Ordered pants on Dec 6th. They estimated 15th delivery. Its Jan 7th and I've called four times. Nobody answers. Nobody calls me back. Their customer service is awful.

Its not a bad visualization tool but there metadata layer is not great and its very expensive. Go for an enterprise package and you get the visualization tool along with everything else.
4 days after filing the report i get an email from them telling me they are still looking. This is disturbing. Either its there or it not. I provided the flight number, time and date, arriving airport and the seat number too. This is not brain surgery. Useless. Shame on you Air Canada for offloading this to a useless service.
