The order arrived later than expected and missed the Christmas morning surprise. The pants were too big and I now have to exchange. I hope the exchange goes well but I am concerned.

Pants came quickly but they were the wrong size. Paid $30 Canadian to return them and have still not received my refund.

The ordering process on the web site was straightforward, like most other online shoping experience. I'm only giving 4 stars because the tracking took a few days to appear with Canada Post and it had me stressed out if I was indeed going to receive my order, especialy after reading some of the negative reviews (which I only saw after I ordered the pants).
I ordered the pants on December 12th 2022 in the evening;
Order processed on the 13th;
Shipment details received by Canada Post on the 16th (sigh of relief);
Pants received early afternoon on December 23rd 2022.

Love these pants! Very comfortable, very warm and easy to wear. I kept seeing the AD on FB and thought what the heck I'll give them a try. I was not disappointed. Great product.

My husband loves his pants but they took over three weeks to arrive. I ordered them on the 4th of December and they did not arrive until a few days after Christmas.

Delivery took a long time. Was disappointed at how long we had to wait for pants to arrive.

Product finally arrived around the 29th December, quality control at manufacturer not upto scratch as pockets were sewn into main leg seams.

I have tried to get direction on how to exchange and item for something else - product did not fit well so would like to have the high-waist version. I finally received information on how to return but nothing on the exchange aspect of things. I have no idea whether the new item will come. It cost me $21 to return the original item and no guarantees of the exchange and might have to pay the $5 restocking fee. I have not been able to get a proper response from the company and have not been able to talk to a person. Even if the exchange comes through, I don't know whether it will fit.

Delivery was a bit slow. I actually need to return the pants as they do not fit. My particular size is not available with you all. I ordered a 42 waist and probably need a 44. The next size offered is a 46. I know this will be much too large but may give it a try. Why do you not offer a 44 waist?

Seems like some of their pieces are made to order in China and shipped from China as well. In the age of Amazon 2 day, 3 weeks seems like a long time...

The women's adventure pants have one less pocket and no reinforced knees. They also don't have the cute orange zippers that the men's do. Trust the size guide, the size numbers are not the same as most clothing. Exchange process has been easy enough so far.
