Having ordered the belt I was a little pissed off to receive 2 subsequent emails that had identified my interest in the item and advising me that stocks were low and to put in an order ASAP.

Update this issue has now been rectified and I expecting although not yet delivered a replacement pair of trousers.
It has taken over a month for the customer service team to contact me about a poorly stitched pair of trousers. When I replied its been another week and I still havent had a reply

These pant do what they say to a point. So please understand that I love them enough to buy two more pairs and a bunch of other stuff too. They are great, but not as cut or damage proof as they say. Manage to poke two whole in a part with wood splinter from a pallet. Outside that they have been worth ever Penny!

It felt like a long wait to receive the pants. Perhaps it was just my excitement. Even before they arrived I was encouraging my son to give them a try and ditch the Swedish brand.

The only way you could improve is to give free returns as do some Canadian companies. It "hurt" to pay $20 plus today to return the Explorer pants. I'll have to be very sure of a product before I buy again.

The delivery of these pants took longer than expected, but the product was everything I had hoped for. I have even taken to wearing them curling (stick curling) and the warmth and flex is welcomed. Thanks!

The pants arrived on schedule. They are warm and comfortable and the zip at the bottoms of the legs helps get them on/off when wearing shoes. My one surprise was that they have a very high rise, so the waistband is around my navel. I normally wear my pants just above my hips and initially thought they made the inseam much too long. A high rise makes sense for pants designed to keep you warm, but customers should be aware of this when deciding whether to buy the pants.

Ordered a belt which was heavily discounted…very pleased with both product and the delivery time scale

Took a long time to arrive and it's the poorest made item I've got from Northbound. Poorly made, I just didn't like the jacket and have since given it away. Other items had much better quality

I ordered my pants at the beginning of January and got an initial delivery notice for January 10. That was changed once to January 12, then became January 12, then indefinite. I followed up by email with Northbound Gear and was told someone would look into it. No followup so I emailed again and got just another apology.
Finally I was notified by Shop.com that Delivery would be January 30, and by checking the Post Office tracking I saw that my package had just cleared customs! After that all proceeded on schedule and I am happy with my pants.

I kept the ladies pants but returned the mens. I wish somewhere on your site it stated that you accept returns BUT I would have to pay the shipping. My husband found all the pants to have a very short rise. Im sure that is just the way men are wearing their pants now but that would be helpful knowing before you order.

Somehow Northbound Gear's marketing efforts got me to buy a pair of waterproof socks I wasn't looking for and didn't know I needed! But, I'm glad I ordered them. Much better than neoprene and I will get a lot of use from them. I have the winter pants already and they're great too!

Would have liked a better discount for a second order. It took awhile to get it but happy with the product for climbing.

Seems efficient, 2 week delay in receiving item. Apparently courier issue.
