I now order most of my clothing from Nora Cora, but have been a customer since it started in the U.S. The only caveat is to go back CAREFULLY over your order when completed to assure accuracy. And, also, if you develop a shopping cart and then decide not to order, the next time you shop, you may find all those items added to your order. Also, some of the sizes are larger than buying from an American company, so be sure to look at the measurements. Overall, I am very happy with purchases.

I tried to return an order as they did not fit and the quality was poor. They don't state in their return policy the items have to be returned to China! Even though order I received came from New Jersey! So the shipping costs would be enormous! They offer 15% of the order not to return them. Sadly that is what I'm hoping for! Waiting to hear back from them:( Will not order from them again!

I tried to return an order as they did not fit and the quality was poor. They don't state in their return policy the items have to be returned to China! Even though order I received came from New Jersey! So the shipping costs would be enormous! They offer 15% of the order not to return them.
Sadly that is what I'm hoping for! Waiting to hear back from them:(

The address on the received package is not our return address, it is only a hub of the shipping company. The package was shipped from China.
I completely understand your feelings. As our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China so the return country is also China. We are currently working to resolve the issue to own our overseas return warehouse and also improve our products.

Ordered a springtime top back in March and expected to wear it in the spring. It isn't here yet, and I can neither find tracking information nor contact anyone in this company. I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever arrive. Don't order from these folks unless you are ordering for the following year. Their shipping facility must be in Antarctica. Update as of 6/22: Finally! Package arrived today, after 75 days of waiting. I was not displeased with the items. I didn't order these tops to wear out to dinner; I live in a very hot and humid climate and was looking for lightweight, cool, cotton tops to wear around the house. These filled the bill. Sizing was what I expected, as was the construction and material. For the price, they were fine. Noracora still gets one star because of the very long wait, but the merchandise was OK.

This review will serve as an update: this company, via this site, promised to reship my missing order from July 2020. To date once again Noracora has NOT followed through. It is now mid January 2021 and still nothing!
They are a total scam! Please don't find yourself in my situation. They have stated they are aware the shipment was loss; have refused for months to give me a refund and until I posted here had done nothing. Promised a replacement shipment and apparently are lying about that as well.

I placed an order early April and still haven't received it. Given today's times I fully expected a delay, what I didn't expect is lack of communication and vague responses from this company; I reached out 6 times and each time I get the same exact email. I've contacted my bank to request a refund, NEVER again will I purchase from this company! The rating deserves a ZERO!

I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. A size 10. I made sure I checked the difference in the measurements. They sent me the wrong size. I did all the measurements that they asked to attach. I did this four times and they still will not pay for the return. Said it cost too much to send back and will I settle for 25% off. While these prices may be cheap any problem you have they will not make it 100% right. NEVER AGAIN

They took my money on 4/27/2020. It's now 7/9/2020 and have not received my product. I've requested information 3 times and I receive the same auto email with tracking information that doesn't work. I requested my money back, and was told they would not refund because I haven't received my product to return. I asked, "what happens if I never receive my product?" and have not received an answer. DON'T BUY FROM NORACORA!

Return policy is no policy at all what they don't say on their website is everything is mailed from China

If you want to return some thing you have to return it to China that means extra cost taxes customs fees and in the end it isn't worth it so you wind up keeping some thing you don't want

PayPal is no help so I had to keep over $100 in merchandise that didn't fit the material was awful it was too long or too big

I noticed there were 2 items in my cart before I even put anything in there. I tried to delete them but was unable. I put 4 blouses in my cart and now it says I had 8 items. I added my 4 blouses total was $72 but theirs were $99. Be aware when shopping here. The clothes look pretty and I want to buy what I like but that's no way to change the scamming. I have screen shots to prove it.

Check you cart before and after you hit the pay button.
Make sure you're paying only for what you chose to buy.

I didn't make a purchase because I don't want items I didn't select. You can't remove what they put in.

I ordered a size 2X but it was more like a size medium. Noracora wanted me to send it back to China for a refund or accept 12% of the purchase price instead of a full refund. I looked up this company on the BBB's website in New York City and there were 700 complaints in the last six months. Don't buy from this company unless you know you will like and keep the merchandise. They don't give refunds or exchanges.

I can't believe they wanted me to return the top to China or accept a fraction of the cost of the merchandise.

The clothing you see on the website is NOTHING like the garbage you will receive. You will then complain, and they will offer you a small percentage refund of what you actually paid. I fought this, I fought PayPal. PayPal inexplicably continues to work with this fraudulent company. I returned a package of foul smelling, chemical laden, cheap garbage clothing to China at considerable expense. The address Noracora provided was no good. The only reason I got a refund was my registered dispute with PayPal. Noracora failed to respond. I ended up losing about $40 USD. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I consider myself a savvy shopper, and the ads make their clothes look appealing. What a scam!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t do it! This is a misleading scam website. They have no return policy other than offering a pittance to “save you the trouble and expense” of returning their garbage to a fake address in China, that will never arrive. They are happy to keep your money and you will have little to no recourse.

Products used:
I sent everything back. I ordered a cool wool sweater and wound up with a cotton blend thin shirt with a “tweedy” pattern printed on it. I ordered a cool looking green chunky knit sweater cardigan with wood buttons and got a plastic, misshapen shirt wide top with fake wood “buttons”. Ridiculous. They are in China.

Had to return 15 items. Ordered smalls and were all still too large. NC offered me a FIFTEEN% cash refund instead of returning items! See image. I chose to pay large shipping fee to return all items to an address THEY GAVE ME, only to have them all returned (shipping cited unknown address). Do not order from these people!

Tip for consumers:
I did not know that NoraCora is from China which is why it cost me a fortune to return my items to China. Ugh!

I ordered a number of women's clothing items from Noracora. First, it took a VERY long time to receive my items. I have yet to receive one of them. More importantly, all of the items are EXTREMELY poor quality - cheap materials, inaccurate sizing, and, frankly, ugly (not at all how they appeared on the website). I recommend never buying anything from them.

Took over 30 days for order to come. Some things 45 days. Boots look nothing like picture. Top is horrible made. Would have returned if I could. It would cost more than order... save your hard earned cash folks. The ten day delivery is a lie.

Terrible quality, the product is absolute disappointment comparing to pictures. Sizes are all off, cuts do not fit any woman figure.It is almost impossible to return, the company make sure of it.

I ordered several items from this site on May 5,2020 and have not received my full order two months later. I have talked with their customer service multiple times and they tell me to be more patient, but will not respond to when my order will be shipped. The tracking site doesn't work. Very disappointing.

I rate it a zero! I ordered two summer dresses both were cheaply made and one wasn't the size I ordered. They would not refund my money. I'm a senior citizen on limited income. You deal with someone in China who only cares about keeping your money not keeping customers happy. The fabric was cheap and the sewing was off. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Noracora has no customer service at all it's just bought the keep on saying the same thing to you it took me three days to find out what I needed to do to get a refund well I find out they're based in China and you have to pay to send the items back which is a fortune their clothes are made for skinny people of 3 x is equal maybe a 10

That the sight words from China and they use Chinese people as the model so their dresses of 3x is equal to 8- 10

I ordered 3 items on 5/26/20 and as of today 7/16/20 I have not received anything. I have reached out to the company to request an update and later to request a refund and still I am getting no where. They have bogus tracking numbers and no live customer service department. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money with them.

I am not happy with the fit or fabric of the clothing. I attempted to set up return and was informed that I would be responsible for all shipments back to China even though they shipped to me from Carson CA. I did not read anything when ordering that said the return would be to China at my expense. I was offered a 15% refund to just keep them. This is not enough for clothes that I can't or wouldn't wear. I will never order from here again.

I went all out to buy some clothes for my wife and purchased a couple of hundreds dollars worth, big mistake! They looked very nice in the photos online, though the the quality was extremely poor. We were away and at the time and time ran out to get a refund, they wouldn't do it. Please don't waste your money with this company. Very very disappointed. Damien in Australia

I should have read the reviews first! Need I say more. Same story as alllll the others. Wish I had the items I ordered two months ago so I can see how bad of quality my items we're but they have not even shown up. I am wondering how this company can be banned from advertising in our country! Any ideas? Nobody should go through this and I believe their false advertising should be stopped. Any suggestions?
