Used both balls in attic space to get rid of a squirrel. Used too many moth balls for the job. The smell was unbearable for over a month, had to use candles and leaving windows open when possible. I used one heaping application of the NoOder product and the smell nearly completely gone after the first day.
VERY HAPPY with this product

The pads are not what I expected. The mats will not fit the toilet bowl. I need a curved "U"- shaped mat. The mats purchased were squared "U"- shaped(like football goal). This leaves uncovered gaps on the corners allowing urine to still leak on the floor.

I needed a non-toxic air freshener/cleaner as spray because I am allergic to the FRAGRANCE in other air fresheners. During my online research I ran into NoOdor.com and saw that they had a product that sounded ideal. Even better, it had a concentrate that would give me a longer window of use. I bought it. I am very happy with how little of the NoOdor concentrate needs to be used to give me a product that really works.

Quick and easy to order. Hope the product works! This product is larger than I anticipated. Have not had to use because Orkin came in the meantime while we waited for shipping, and removed two dead Norway rats and sealed with liquid nail the hole where the smell was coming from the crawlspace. I'll keep these on hand though for the future, as we seem to always have rat smell problems.

Ordering from the site was easy, i actually sent a message asking what I should purchase for the odor I was concerned to remove, very quick response. I've been using the NoOdor bags for over a week now, the smell of smoke in my furniture is starting to go away but unfortunately it is still there. I will continue to refresh and use my NoOdor bags in hopes the smell will go away completely :)

Arrived quickly and worked. I researched to see if it could be used in handheld urinals and feedback implied it could. I tried but it was too thick to empty/squeeze out. So I will have to purchase another urinal. I followed directions and measured accurately. But it is amazing to see how fast it works!

Great product. It seem to doing what is suppose to do and so far so good. I've been looking at your other products for removing odors and I'll be making a few more purchases soon. Thanks for a safe and environmentally sound product.

The site maneuvering and order placing was a simple process and check out was speedy. Delivery of product arrived before the estimated time provided. Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to use the product but will eagerly give my evaluation as soon as I do.

The excitement about moving into a new apartment and starting another year in college was gone after opening the door, my son and his roommates couldn't breath and started coughing right away, their noses hurt, that's how strong the cigarrette smell was.

Delivery was originally supposed to be on Saturday and then was updated to say Sunday.
There was no guidance when ordering to say how long it would take for any of the delivery options-only included the price.

When I ordered the product, it was indicated that priority shipping would be used. However, first class shipping was used instead resulting in a delayed delivery time. I needed this ASAP and counted on the advertised priority shipping. When I contacted customer service, I was told that priority shipping had been used...not true.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and accommodating. The product was shipped within a day or two but I live in Canada and the shipping took longer than I had expected. I will have to take that into account for future orders.

I'm pleased with the Shopping Experience...now to see if this really works. I'm hoping to remove the mold smell from books. That is the ONLY reason I purchased the product. I have, at the moment, five small children's books in a plastic bag with the NoOdor product. After five days, I opened the bag, and got a big whiff of moldy smell. Needless to say, I hope this situation gets a lot better.

I have not tried the product, but my impression is very negative. I didn't like the shipping container logo so prominently displayed. It seems like a very expensive product for what arrived, and the packaging was not very appealing.

It is nothing like i expected. I figured it would be a clear, no odor product, but instead it is a muddy color and worries me about using it to clean white sheets or towels, which is the main reason I purchase. To remove body oils and smells from sheets. Will read instructions, but any help would be much appreciated.

We bought NoOdor because we had previously purchased the product from this company for a very bad cat urine smell in our son's new house. That worked so well (no cat smell) that we have great hope for the really bad burnt grease smell in our house.
