Good product noticed reduction in ammonia smell in days placed where our rabbits live. Although they're cleaned regularly, the ammonia smell from their urine gets especially strong in summer. The carbon filter is helping.

This company is starting to make a bad reputation upon delivering non-working goods. This isn't just my opinion, I've seen other reviews confirm this. You guys sent me a non-working crappy product.

Spoke with a customer service person regarding the product and he was very knowledgeable about product and helped me decide which product I needed to help me reduce moisture in my refrigerator.

I ordered charcoal odor absorbing pads for use over wound dressings for my daughter. Unfortunately, by the time we received them (error in calculated shipping postage), my daughter already had to have surgery to remove dead wound tissue.

Very dissatisfied with the product. I've had my colostomy for 8 years and normally change bags 4 - 5 days. With your product the seal leaked after 2 days. I've tried 1, 2, 3, And 4 teaspoons. The oder was worse than before. I've stopped using your product and will not recommended it to anyone.

Website a little different - rather than having a full product list - you type your "odor issue" into a search box. A little hard to figure out at first - I would have preferred a list of products - sorted by odor issue. I've had the odor blockers a few days and hung them as instructed. I'm not sure how much they actually helped, but the odors do seem less noticeable.

Site was easy to navigate and product worked almost as well as website claimed. I still can smell an odor but its very faint and when compared to what it was before I used the product its a gigantic difference. Very happy with product. Would love to purchase more, wish a retailer near me carried them

My order arrived quickly and was complete. It is helping with the mildew odor but needs a little more time.
This cottage was closed up for three years. We bought it last winter and did not know about the mildew problem. The prior owner never kept the heat on or fans when they weren't there.

I contacted you by email to notify you I had not received my order but USPS has shown it delivered. I received an email back from an actual person with instructions on how to handle. It was so refreshing and satisfying to communicate with someone. The order arrived 2 days later and all is well. But, the product has not helped the odor in the car yet. We will see if it improves with time.

I just received the product and have no idea if it works or not.
We have to deoderize an entire single wide mobile home of human urine odor.

The product worked very well in my yard. I'm not knocked out by dog pee as I walk out my house. I put some in the car, not sure if it's working, I'm blind to the smell. The packaging is neat and makes it easy to store and use.

Easy to view, easy to use, lots of helpful advice about eliminating multiple and/or specific odors.

I've ordered another for my grand daughters gym bag - one works, but she plays multiple sports so there is still a bit of an odor. Hopefully two will do the trick.

I've used your products before and they really work. My Mother went to the extreme by putting a huge bag of mothballs in her antique cedar chest. I tried many other products trying to remove the strong odor but SmellEze did the trick. I highly recommend this safe and effective odor eliminator.

Normally I receive a confirmation email that the products of been shipped, I never received that email. I sent an email asking if the product had been shipped and I never got a reply back. I received the shipment two days later than normal - this is the first time that's happened, but I was surprised that things were not handled as well as normal in regards to the shipping. Thank you.
