The product works. You just need to do your cleaning where odor is. It can only get rid of the odor,if you do your part and for example wash the dirty clothes,
Air out the smelly shoes etc. But very mild. I do like it.

I was disappointed that no detailed instructions were included with the product. I have placed the packets in the cabinets and so far nothing has changed with the scent that I am trying to eliminate. It seems I will have to return the items.

The receiving response was okay, however the product does NOT work like I thought it would. I can still smell the dead mouse smell coming from the wall area. I was expecting the smell to completely go away like the ad specified. I have reactivated the bag in the microwave twice since Thursday like the package described to do, but the smell is still there?

I contacted the company about a problem with moth ball odor in a mattress that I was given. The customer support staff sent me a very detailed and thorough response on how to treat the mattress. I ordered the products that day, and received the complete order in three days. I am using the products now and will see if I can get rid of the smell.

The product arrived in a timely manner. Not the entire shopping cost was covered, so I needed to pay $.40 on delivery, but it wasn't a big deal. Haven't used the product enough to be sure of how well it works for me, but it seems to.

First time I've ordered from NoOdor. My order was a small residential, not commercial, order. Had a smelly dead mouse in my house I couldn't find. The item I needed was easy to find on their website, and I was thrilled to receive it in just a few days. Worked wonders too.

Quick and easy. I received my order quickly. I only had one complaint is that the item inside had a split bag. It did not seem to affect the item that I ordered. It did spill out a little in the package bag.

I purchased this to get rid of the mothball smell in a car I purchased. The car had been shampooed (was completely dry) and all mothballs had been removed for some time. I purchased two of the hanging pouches, one for the interior and one for the trunk and the granules to sprinkle on every surface of the car. It's been over a week and the smell is still there. The product does not work.

When the product arrived, it was not the one I had ordered, so I called the company and told the agent that I ordered the product to get rid of paint smell and they sent the product for basement smell. The agent's response was that he (P.G.) would mail the correct product out the next day March 5,2018, it is March 7,2018 today and I haven't received the right product yet.

I haven't had them long enough to know if they absorb the odor as promised. Although, I do have one issue with them. The hole that you hang them by needs to be re-enforced. Yesterday when I went to the basement, one bag had fallen to the floor because the hole split. I used duck tape on it. Hopefully this will solve the problem.

Fantastic. I love the carpet powder I got so I'm getting something different. Really helped. So refreshing to get a product that does what is stated. Thank you. I received the product I ordered for my small bathroom. Not so thrilled with it. The carpet powder had no scent but the beads that came in the little bag for the bathroom had a scent of their own. I did throw it away. WAsn't crazy about it.
