It is great. No odors, no perfumes, fresh smell in the bathroom all the time! A pleasure to have finally solved the bathroom issue and can be assured no one will be embarrassed or uncomfortable when they walk out of the bathroom. Good job.
The site is easy to follow and order from however the product was somewhat disappointing. We ordered 3 of the bags to rid/reduce dead animal smell but it hasn't performed as advertised. We even tried to recharge the bag and still the odor remained.
Placing my order was very simple. The product I ordered was shipped the same day and delivered within two days. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and honestly surprised by how quickly it was shipped and delivered.
Thankfully, I received the email confirmation that the package was getting shipped. Realized I gave the incorrect address. Sent back a response immediately and crisis was averted. Received an email from customer service that the address was corrected and shipped!
I emailed the service order email twice and did not receive a response until after I called the 1-888 number and spoke with a person. The email I got regarding my tracking number did not contain the correct tracking number.
The order placing and delivery is great. Unfortunately the product was a complete failure. This is the second time i have ordered from NoOdor and both times the product failed to live up to its hype. In fact it didn't work at all. I have spent a good deal of money with nothing to show for it. I will not order again but rather look for other products from a different manufacturer. I will however provide on line reviews to help other customers with similar product expectations. The smelleze and other mothball odor products are not good at all and did not make one bit of difference. The mothball odor remains and i have wasted about $60. In fact my initial order arrived with the plastic pouch ripped open.
I have just received the product therefore I can't comment on its effectiveness yet. But I was pleased to quick delivery and the attractiveness of the pouches. I hope to be able to add to this comment once i am able to experience the products effectiveness.
Odoreze Natural Laundry additive saved me from throwing away my bedding and clothes from a bad choice in laundry detergent which seemed to spread to all the fabrics in my home! I had an allergic reaction. And SmellRid did the rest of the house. Worth every penny! Thank you.
Happy to find these, but prefer cool white (daylight). Apparently you no longer make the cool white. I hope they'll perform as advertised. I love the idea that the bulb kills bacteria, odors and smoke. Thank you, great idea for a product to help the environment.
Overall the service was very good however the item I purchased was shipped to the wrong location. It was shipped to the Bill To address instead of the Ship To address. The CS person was very nice and offered a $5 credit for shipping which is ok but my cost was over $8 and it was shipped incorrectly and I still needed to ship it. Hopefully the product works well.
The order process was great and delivery was fast. I've just put products out and giving a few days to see. My basement order was strong and from a old, messy house that was renovated but for some reason odor was still there.
The shipment was not packed well and it was cracked and all leaked out the end of the box. One of the products was totally lost out the hole so it was a waste of money. I would like a credit for that product that was leaked out.
Works great! No odors from urine. Cleans great. My mother has to use a bedside toilet at night and no odor in the am.
Does not work I have followed directions exactly and it does not work
Not sure how well the product works, I still seem to be able to smell odors. I'll wait awhile and see if works after a few weeks. My first purchase seemed to work, the second purchase I'm not so sure, and they're the same products.
Received my order fast delivery. Been using this product for years. It does help.
This is the first time I have ever used smelleze and I certainly hope it works. I will probably know in about a week if it does work and I might will be needing some more. I sure hope it does and I Appreciate the short time it took to arrive. I don't need my guest having to smell the old cedar closet as u walk in the door. Merry Christmas to all!
7 years ago my house burned down. I have not been able to go through family photos to attempt salvage because of odor and just being upset over the loss. I am going through them now and I am going to see if the products I purchased will help with eliminating the odor. I will keep you posted.
Good. My order actually came rather quickly but usps said it was " undeliverable" even though all the information was clearly n correctly printed on the package. I had to wind up going to the post office to get it. I plugged it in emmediately and i have noticed a difference in my air quality already.
When it comes to horrible stenches that are bad, one can get a little accustomed to the smell. Well my neighbor who had visited earlier return after just a day or so and said she couldn't believe how we had gotten redid of dead mouse stench so quickly. Well done NoOdor.com
