The order and delivery process was wonderful. However, the product has not done what I expected it to do. We bought new living room furniture with a very strong odor to it. Apparently it had been stored in a warehouse for a length of time and it is very musty and chemical smelling. My husband is not bothered by it at all, but I still can't sit in the living room for long because it is very irritating to me. The nodor bags worked for a day and then the smell is back.
Thanks for the wonderful phone help in navigating your website! I did receive my order in just a couple of days after placing it. I have placed the pouches as closely as I think possible to the odor (in the wall we think) and it does seem to help some. This marks the 4th day of placement, though, and I smelled the odor fairly strongly this morning. I try keeping the windows mostly shut because I think maybe outside odors are interfering (restaurant next door) but that didn't seem to help this morning. This is somewhat of an open area - kitchen with two doorways (no doors) Not huge, but that odor keeps coming back.
Order was processed in a timely manner and arrived quickly. The product itself was okay. It didn't really remove the odor we were trying to remove as we had hoped. It did diminish it to a degree and perhaps if we had made multiple applications it might have had greater effect. But the price was reasonable and we didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.
Just hoping your product will help with an occasional soot smoke smell from fireplace
I contacted you to try to find out where to place my product for sometimes my smoke smell problem from my fireplace. I have cleaned the fireplace very well but I think it is not the best wood making the smell. I'm also looking for a spray for the inside of my fireplace.
Where do I place or hang your pouche? Please reply!

I only used it twice since I have received it, trying to experiment best place for putting it and how to use it. We just moved to a condo from a house, and even though we have an end unit with lots of windows/ventilation, but too cold to open windows. I noticed when I fixed fish or a few other foods with odors it seemed to linger in a few areas so far so good.
Don't know yet. Had a problem with mothball odors and had to hire an HVAC tech to clean my system. Hung the NoOdor bag after that and smell has gone but don't know if it was the tech or the bag that did it. Satisfied in any case, thanks.
Very easy site to order from. I inherited an old chest and the mothball odor was horrible and overwhelming. I tried everything! Anything I tried that with a 'perfume' smell only combined with the mothball odor and made matters worse. I had to rewatsh and dry clean my sweaters. Then I saw NoOdor on line and gave it a try. One treatment made a world of difference! I am so relieved!
Love the product. Has definitely helped with odors from our crawl space. Customer service has been extremely helpful in answering questions of concern and in helping explain the optimum use of the products.
They were for my son. He is renting a house with strong smoke odor and he has cats and ferrets. I have not heard from him how they work. I used a couple for my house in a few rooms and they seemed to help with the odor but too early to tell if they will "recharge in the sun" as claimed as I just started to use them.
Look forward to using the product. After receiving my order and placing it in the freezer, it has not worked to remove the odor as it claimed to do. I was very disappointed after reading all of the reviews that showed it to be so good.
So far I am not impressed with the product. I have put them in all places as instructed and I smell no difference in the odor. Not in the pet room or in the car. Will give is time to see if it works but so far in 4 days no improvement.
I Would like to know when I will receive the product? If I had known that I would have given a better rating. Satisfied about delivery time, not so much on the product. May have reduced odor a small percentage. Will probably not have any future purchases of this product.
I haven't placed them yet in my sisters room at the nursing home. But the nursing home is very interested in the product as I am. ( sister is incontinent)
I have placed one in my living room for pet odor and it's seems to work really well.

I am very pleased with the no odor products I have purchased. I had a musty moldy smell in my apartment for at least 20 years. I finally found something that works and gets this nail out! I would recommend anyone with any kind of odors to purchase products for their specific odor need.
I had a very bad odor issue due to mice using some insulation, drywall, and support beams as their personal toilet. I was hoping that NoOdor would work, but even after using the stuff four times, each time leaving it down for 24 hours, the odor was still there. I ended up replacing the drywall, insulation and support beams to remove to odor. Because I ordered such a large amount of the stuff, I decided to try it else where. My mother has six pets living in her house and they sometimes have accidents on her carpet. Well, NoOdor removed the odor on the carpet just fine after only one use! And it wasn't even left on a full day, only about ten hours. So, I let her have it for future usage.
Car floor seemed dry to the touch, a week after the professional cleaing, but when I applied this product to neutralize the bad odor, it became wet in certain spots, extracting even more moisture out of the carpet! It took three applications to get the vomit stench out, but it did the trick. I am going to stock up on this!
Very fast shipping, I have yet to use the mothball odor removal products. When I do, I will review once again. I have very high hopes. My sister threw mothballs all over our family cabin up in Maine. I have been trying to remove the smell for a year. Looking forward to trying smelleze.
I didn't expect to get it so fast. Thank you so much. Delivery in a timely manner was important to me since I had a carpet replaced and am sensitive to the off-gas---but it turns out that it was a closet, and the smell wasn't too bad. So while this sounds like a contradiction on my part about the timing, to be honest, I haven't applied it yet. Wished I had known about this product before and am glad I do now. I would recommend it to friends and family with pets. I often don't like to go to their homes with pets when the smell is so bad...I feel your product would be a solution.

Ordering was easy, can't wait to see if it deodorizes my boat. Boat won't be in the water until late May and the odors get worse in the hot months, looking forward to see how it performs, had a group of boaters at the house for a winter get together and they are very interested in seeing how well it works as well
Bag did not really take away the odor of a small dead lizzard which got lodged in the storm shutter cord which was saturated with odor. I used it for a week about 6 inched from cord - am now soaking cord with vinegar.
