I ordered two bottle of Smelleze. When they arrived, the lids were off both of the bottles and the contents had spilled all over the envelope in which they came. It was a big mess and the contents were all over my new desk, rug and office.

The good news was that I contacted the company and they immediately sent out two replacement bottles with the lids secured.

So far I am not sure. The NoOdor does not seem to be reducing the odor in my closets, but I will give it a bit more time. It did help with the cat box odor in the house but not eliminate it all the way. Today I changed the cat boxes with fresh litter. The smell is better today so I will see how it works over the next week or so.

Have just started using the product so not sure if it will work as described. The ordering process was seemless and the delivery process was also. Delivered promptly as stated. No issues with either. If product works as stated i will be very pleased.

I placed 6 bags in nearly completely basement as soon as they arrived. When I put them down I turned off the dehumidifier. After a $229.00 electric bill I was willing to try anything.

I received my order promptly. Cannot comment on the Smelleze product itself because I just received. Once I have had it in my home for awhile I can then comment on the product. However the website is informational and helped me to choose the product we hope will work.

I purchased a bottle of the NoOdor powder to remove mothball smell from a antique trunk I have. Unfortunately, it made no difference. The package arrived quickly, but as far as the product being effective, I have to say it wasn't.

Received my items quickly; put one magic anti-mothball pouch into my handbag and left one next to it, sealed it all in a giant Ziplock baggie, and now I'm waiting. Gosh I hope this works. I'll update this review (if I can) once they've been working for a week. The odor was really strong, so I want to give it a hearty chance to absorb all the nasty.

We are using the product to eliminate odor in a cloths dryer. So far total odor is not gone yet and we have had the bag in the dryer drum for four days. Looking forward to when the odor will be completely gone.

We have a chest that has a mothballs odor that we purchased from a 97 year old lady. As of yet, it has not done the job. We did empty it just trying to get the odor out of the wood. Today my husband refreshed the bag in the microwave so...we will see what happens.

There was a mix up with the shipment. It was actually in Louisville on Wednesday very close to my location but was then sent to Missouri by accident by USPS. I received the product the following week and tried the product but it doesn't seem to work at all. It was supposed to deodorize a newly painted room. This room is about 200 sqft. It didn't work.

We couldn't wait to receive our order! We have been dealing with musty odors in our home since we moved here in April. We're feeling positive at this time as we have put some of these packets in every room of the house, and the musty odors seem to be disappearing! Good sign! We are hoping that this continues!

I google searched for an odor remover and found NoOdor.com. I ordered a small bag to try the product's performance. I have received the order and have hung the bag uunder a kitchen cabinet with a sewer odor that was persistent. The no odor bag has only been in place for two days and I believe it has noticeably began to remove the odor. The true test will take at least a couple more weeks, but I am optimistic!

Happy with the charcoal filters. Easy to cut but did have black dust with install. Assume that is the charcoal. Eliminated the odor from the register immediately. Was pleasantly surprised how fast it worked. Still waiting on a contractor to fix the issue. The order was completed and the filters put in weeks before a contractor could get to the job. Very happy with how fast the order was processed. Very happy with the product.

No problem navigating this site. However, when I received my initial order (I odered 2 large pouches of Smelleze), I only received 1 pouch. Called customer service and they were very apologetic. They mailed the other pouch with no problem. I will definitely order from them again.

This product helps manage odor in my backyard where my German Shepard uses the lawn. It gets very hot where I live and odor is an issue even if I pick up behind him each he "goes." This is my second order... getting prepped for the summer with confidence in this product!
