First time I've ordered from NoOdor. My order was a small residential, not commercial, order. Had a smelly dead mouse in my house I couldn't find. The item I needed was easy to find on their website, and I was thrilled to receive it in just a few days. Worked wonders too.

Great product. The only issue, if you want to all it that, was that it was promised on a Wednesday but didn't arrive until Thursday.

It's been a rainy week and I haven't used it yet. The use will be for a crawl space and not the yard. I am counting on great results.
I emailed the service order email twice and did not receive a response until after I called the 1-888 number and spoke with a person. The email I got regarding my tracking number did not contain the correct tracking number.
No big deal as it was all quite easy and completed in just a few minutes!
Too soon to tell.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. The gentleman I talked to was very helpful and accommodating. The product was shipped within a day or two but I live in Canada and the shipping took longer than I had expected. I will have to take that into account for future orders.

GREAT MONEY SAVER!
Needed a less expensive alternative to Sharp vacuum filters. Sharp only sells their filters in "kits".
Two of the three filters that come in the kit are very washable and last a long time - the third shreds after a couple of washes. However, the filter that is flimsy can only be purchased in the "kit" which costs $16 plus shipping.
I searched the internet and came up with NoOdor filter material that is sold in bulk. I will now cut my own filters for the vacuum and can have a nice clean one (the flimsy one is also the one that collects the most dirt and needs to be changed every couple of times the vacuum is used) each time we vacuum.
I ordered an extra large mothball deodorizer for my two-seater classic car I purchased on ebay. The seller didn't tell me he had used mothballs in the car while in storage and the smell when I received the car was terrible, very strong mothball odor. I hung the deodorizer in my car for a month with the windows closed while I was on vacation. The mothball deodorizer did NOTHING to remove the smell from my car. I am going to ask for my money back!
