I ordered two months ago sandals and when it came it is two different pairs ( one big & one small) never seen this before, I return it and now waiting for another after no signs in one month they told me today that they will refund me without any appreciation of my patience and never reimbursement, i spent a whole summer and getting nothing at the end. I don't know what went wrong with my pair of sneakers, they started to feel very stretchy suddenly. I am losing my foot grip. I think I got the second production unit. They should be more responsible about the production quality.

Sneakers are very comfortable and relax your feet. Their sportswear not only looks great it feels great too. I absolutely love their hoodies! If you are looking for quality shoes, cloths and sportswear Nike is the way to go.

They offer a discount once a year and shut their site down so no one can place an order. The discount works for two days and their servers were down both days they offered the discount. Then, when the discount is no longer available, viola! Their website seems to magically work again. What a joke! I would not recommend Nike to anyone. Don't buy Nike products unless you absolutely have NO other choice!

This is the second pair of Nike shoes that have fallen apart that I bought my son in 1 year. The first pair the eyelets for the shoe lace ripped. Yes ripped so you could not tie the shoe. Several of them. When got looking it looks like cardboard under the fabric. My son likes Nike so we bought another pair in 3 months the whole sole split in half. These are basketball shoes, so 3 months is not long when he wore then 4 times in Sept, for a camp. Then he just started basketball for the school and they split before the 1st game. He wore them maybe, 20 times. Theses shoes were $150.00 each pair. We have bought Nike for all 4 of my kids and will not buy them any more. Even worse they don't stand buy there shoe when they fail. Sorry Nike you lost my confidence in your product.

I've order from the Nike app 4 times now. 3 out of the 4 times I've had to reorder due to "waiting for carrier pickup" days after the estimated delivery date. You have to call Nike customer service and that's why they get two stars because they do reship your shoes but then it takes even longer to get them and now only half of my orders are coming and the half is "missing" so now I have to reorder them again. Either someone that's working at the Nike store is stealing the packages or they're really terrible at getting the shoes out.

You guys need to stop putting bad reviews on Nike. I just purchased a Nike oversized female sweater for 105$ total with taxs and shipping for my girlfriend. IT CAME IN ON TIME and perfect. I was able to track my package thru FedEx I ordered it on the 15th of June and it came in the morning on June 23rd. Awesome site never lets me down, atleast I know I can always rely on Nike

On 6/17/22 I order some Jordan and when I received them the inside was dirty. So I called and I wasn't able to get any help

I bought some black AF1s for a uniform and the truth is that I expected a lot from them because of the price and because they are one of the best selling and best rated models, but I think they are too expensive for what they really are. The quality is not the best of all, they are not that comfortable and they are heavy.

Nike only wants your money and they don't care about keeping you as a long term customer. Delayed shipping (over 8 weeks) and products still have not shown up, canned responses from reps online and on the phone, and not a care in the world if you show them their poor quality. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

My options are black mesh with a white swoosh, or black mesh with a black swoosh. My conversation with customer support was a waste of time. For my frustration, they gave me 10% off. I literally just told them I cannot find shoes, but here's 10% off, SMH. I am beyond frustrated with Nike. Always buy sneakers of your brand! Surely satisfied with service. Also in favor of quality. The best shoes ever! Definitely recommend Nike.
