Fraud!

I made an order back in July for $214.
The package took over a month and half to get delivered only for FedEx to deliver to the wrong address. When I received the email with a picture attached of a box in front of a house that wasn't mine, I immediately contacted FedEx. Informed them I love in a building not a house and don't know where they delivered the package to. They told me they would ship it again. They delivered it to the wrong address again, that it was now considered a lost package and in order for me to get a refund, I would have to contact Nihao nd give them a case number provided by FedEx. Its been 2 months of going back nd forth and nothing. I work hard for my money. I've never dealt with people like this. They lies nd told me they spoke to fedex but when I called FedEx they said they closed the case because no one ever got in contact with them. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and lays get ignored or they change the subject. Why would I go back nd forth with someone for 2 months about something to get no results? The first picture under is where they delivered, the second is where I actually live. How do I go about getting a refund?

Pay attention when buying from this website don't order until you make sure everything like you want it ask so many time the agents if you have requests because sometimes they just say oh yeeh that's confirmed without understanding and that's what happen with me and also you should know that if you need to return they charge you the shipping fee and if you want cancel you pay 15% of your order they offered me to cancel without the cancellation fee but I have some personal Items other that the ones that I have issue with so that's not a solution for me so please pay attention and be sure you set everything before ordering specially for wholesale

Attorney involved

This company is so unprofessional. They do not communicate. I order from them and my items was stuck in customs for almost a week before I was contacted by fed ex because the shipper was not responding to them. Fed ex advised me the shipper failed to provide custom paper work and are not responding to them. I advised them I can try and reach out. They have no contact number to be reached and they dont respond back immediately when emailed. I eventually got in contact with them and they said it was my fault it was stuck in customs and I needed to pay to get it out. Soo after a month of back and forth with multiple people from this company I advised they are scamming and I was getting an attorney involved. They attempted to try and send package back out when I requested a refund a month ago, after about another week or so back and forth with attorney they issued a refund 5/19/22 to my bank, sent me a refund document in Chinese I'm guessing. Still have not received refund so I emailed again and asked for them to send document in English. They are not wanting to do, so. This company is crooked and i would not refer anyone to shop here and be scammed out of money! People here are rude, no communication efforts at all, and you have to get your attorney involved just to get what's rightfully yours, your money. The items on this website is not worth the hassle, ths company does not make it EASY at all. I just Want my funds so I can completely wash my hands with this unprofessional company as this is causing emotional distress to myself and my company.

We order about 500 us dollars worth of products, they sent it out, our address was slight incorrect, the vendor which is nihao jewelry.com requested fedex to return the shipment to them, then we opened a case with FedEx, the vendor nihao closed the case with FedEx once our shipment reached back to them and then they did NOT return our funds back to us and kept claiming the package was delivered to us but it was actually delivered back to them and we have proof.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE.!

Hi, the shipping way you choose is shipping by sea, and the shipping time need 25-35 working days. We shipped it on May 1st, and the tracking info can be viewed when the package arrives in US and the local FedEx pick up.

My first order went without any issues but the others are hell.

I passed a second order and they did have one of the 3 items I ordered in stock. They then advised me to place a replacement item in my cart to substitute for the one they didn't have. I did exactly as requested. There was a difference of 8.09$ USD which I paid through the Paypal link they sent me. So far somewhat good.

Then I received an email asking me to pay for the bracelets which were already paid. Contacted them to clarify this. The customer service nonchalantly stated to disregard the emails and only contact through WhatsApp. So I kept writing to her there. Now this was clarified.

Then she writes to me to say that they do not have the replacement bracelets in stock!?! I am completely frustrated at this point. Not only did I do everything she asked and paid extra for replacements, never did she mention that they also didn't have the items in stock! Ridiculous to say the least, so I asked her to ship the bracelets and necklaces and refund me for the bracelets.

What did they do? They shipped all the items they had in stock included 20 bracelets instead of the full order which is useless to me (I purchase for subscription boxes) and they issued a store credit instead of a refund!

I tried to remain as calm as I could and chalk it up to misinterpretation. But as I explained to the agent that this was not right and it's borderline fraud, she simply brushed it off. Then she goes on to say

"i missed this info so i didn't notice"

Can you believe this, like how hard is it to read your Whatsapp messages since this is the platform you requested me to write to you on and then son it read the messages.

So, now trying to make the best with the cards I was dealt, I decide to use my credit to make a final purchase and get out of this store. Place everything in the cart and go to check out only to realize that you can't use your credit to pay for shipping! Part of that money includes the price I paid for shipping but I can't use it. I decided to write to customer service to make sure they have the items in stock before cashing out more money only to receive this response.

"hi if you can order on our website it means it is in stock now"

Which we all know is complete bullsh*t knowing what happened previously. This company only cares of their pockets not what it does down the line. They know that they are in China where no one can touch them and so they do not care about the customers nor stores that they supply to since millions of other people will purchase from them.

If you want to build a business relationship with a supplier and be confident that your order is taken care of properly STAY AWAY from this store! They are awful to deal with!

I placed an order from Nihao Jewelry on April 18,2022. The company swiftly collected payment for my order from PayPal. However, nearly a full month later… low and behold, I have yet to receive even an email communication from Nihao jewelry. I never received tracking information for my order or any form of confirmation email. The customer service from the company fails to respond to emails inquiring about the status of my order. In my limited experience, this company appears to be a complete scam.

This is a crooked chinese company, do not buy anything from this company. When you place the order it shows available, the moment you pay for the order, the status of your order changes to shortage, they will not return your money, if you try to order again, you cannot us the credit for shipping charges, you need to pay shipping separately, and again they will indicate your order in shortage. In other words you keep paying them money and will not get your order mailed out.

They keep canceling my orders but gladly taking my money. When I put in a dispute with Paypal, they keep crying to cancel the dispute and we will give you your money back. I have not yet gotten a refund! Thieves!

*** Updated: 05/04/22... After threatening to report Nihao Jewelry to several FRAUD agencies in China regarding their illegal practices, their management then assisted with answers to my repeated questions and concerns which went ignored for weeks. Nihao had had my orders under two different NHUS numbers, and the order number with less than 10 idems were just received on 04/28/22. At which (all) orders purchased on Nihao Jewelry online Website was debited from my account on 03/14/22... Then I had to (again) request (by email) a delivery window date regarding my larger purchases? Which they were not being able to locate until I emailed them my 2nd order number, so I had to email them both order numbers) at which my larger purchases haven't been shipped yet. When I (AGAIN) requested a delivery date on the rest of my larger purchases, they're now saying it will be delayed due to Covid... Yet, two other Merchants "Shein" and "Light in the Box" noted that my purchases would be shipped within days, NOT MONTHS. Also, they stated my non-shipped idems COST would be (fully) reimbursed back into my bank account, which also hadn't been done yet! I'll issue updates on when or if the rest of my purchased idems are received at the physical address (repeatedly) issued by EMAIL. This has been so frustrating!

Which I have evidences as proof of all my written review complaints against Nihao Jewelry business. If all my merchandise is received and all unshipped idems costs are reimbursed back into my bank account, we'll be done with one another...

I absolutely can NOT believe that Nihao Jewelry still hasn't gotten the PHYSICAL address issued repeatedly to them correct. How possibly is this online business still in business? All their positive reviews must be from all their employees, family and friends... Since they are (by far) the WORST of all online businesses I'd had the misfortune to have had such a horrifically BAD experience with... Out of 95 idems purchased back in March 2022, I have not received ANY of my purchased idems totaling $511.82 USD... NEVER will I buy anything else from Nihao Jewelry, ever again!

I like the site and the items, i tear them apart to use for crafting so the quality isnt an issue, selection is fantastic. But five weeks after the order was placed, tracking number they provided just says only "label created" with a "pending shipping date". They claim to have shipped the item some four weeks ago and the estimated delivery time has come and gone by several days. If the shipping information tracking doesnt get updated with a change of status after a month in a few days, i have no choice but to dispute the charge. Customer service says "to wait" with no specific instructions. ALSO, the item inventory i order in real time shows whats available when i place the order. I order accordingly and inevitably when I FOLLOW UP to check the order, many dozen items that were able to be ordered a couple days before, are "out-of-stock" and i receive a credit for a future order for what i was charged for, but wasnt in stock (this is illegal to charge for items never shipped) but it perpetuates repeat business when in truth, any economy of bulk ordering is lost just using the credit because shipping is so damn high it eats up the bulk of the credit.
