I stumbled across NiceLocal by accident and found that a profile - an inaccurate one - had been created about my business on their site.
This profile / advertising page was not written by me and at no point did they request my permission to create it.
I have written to them to remove it using two mediums, they responded to one of my messages, not the other.
They have yet to remove the listing as per my requests.

I've liked Nicelocal for its simplicity and convenience, ever since I first arrived in Delhi and was regularly searching for various businesses. Thank you for all you do!

Since last year, whenever I've need to go somewhere to relax or for medical treatment, I search on Nicelocal. There you can read reviews and see what offers are available. It also has lots of convenient filters.

I had put a genuine experience of a college, this moderator of nice local had removed. This site promote only positive reviews. Total absurd

Scam Indian based website stealing info from google profiles and reposting but with lower review ratings despite no actual negative reviews, damaging businesses.
Have requested to be removed and no response.
Will be seeking legal advice

I recently learned that my restaurant was on Nicelocal. For me as a business owner, Nicelocal is the easiest way to promote my business, just by populating my profile with information that potential guests may find useful.

This company seems to have stolen the info of my legit Google business listing and then created a bogus profile on their platform with outdated pictures and a lower overall rating. As other reviewers wrote above, I suspect that they are trying to sell their advertising services with this fraudulent technique.
Deceptive and frustrating!
I would like them to delete this bogus profile on their platform. But I do not trust them and therefore do not want to register or create an account with them. I am posting a screenshot of below. I am a massage therapist based in Montreal, with a five rating listing on Google. I suspect that because the original content of my website is in French, they have also created this random and weird English description of my business which is innacurate.

In my opinion it's a useful service if you need to find reviews or information about any organization. Nicelocal always provides information that's as accurate and detailed as possible.

The Nicelocal site is very clear and easy to use. I've had it bookmarked for ages and I go on there a lot. It has all the up-to-date information, convenient search, filters - in short, it's awesome that a site like that exists!

There are loads of reviews on there, plus photos and all the information about whichever organization you need. I've found a couple of excellent restaurants there, and a good dentist. The search is easy, fast and convenient. Setting up filters is easy. They've done everything they could to help people find the right service without needing to do a lot of work.

Nicelocal isn't a bad service for promotion. Our beauty salon has a page on there. In a few months we've acquired several new regular clients. Lots of people buy gift certificates from us for their friends.

I adore Nicelocal, I always look on there for up-to-date information and the reviews have never misled me yet. So it's my most visited site in my browser.

Whether I'm looking for a hairdresser or a good masseur, they've got the most up-to-date information on Nicelocal. It's a shame the owners don't always update their current information on time, but usually everything is right as regards prices, services and opening hours.

Easy search, good filters - it's awesome, in other words. Since I discovered it I've needed to spend much less time searching for the organizations etc I need. There's a lot of up-to-date information on the platform. Another cool thing is that you can read reviews on there and find all the up-to-date information.

They steal your info and add it to there scam site and give you a low star rating to get you to pay them to increase it. Absolutely disgusting.

I look on Nicelocal from time to time to read the reviews or find an organization I need. It's very convenient to have all the essential information collected together in one place. The site is really convenient to use.

My cosmetics practice has got to be well-known. My clients post reviews and share recommendations. It works like word of mouth. If one person says something nice, somebody else gets interested. I like working with Nicelocal - it's a convenient site, easy user interface, it never crashes. It's all just simple and easy.

We're on Nicelocal for free. The page for our company has a tasteful, high-quality design. All the information a client might need is there. We were pleasantly surprised that a few of our clients have actually come to us thanks to the site.

I don't understand why Nice local is 'advertising' on my behalf or where they get their information from. I haven't asked them to or given them any information- resulting in wrong information! Personal details which my clients don't need to know are on the add and It's impossible to get anyone to take it all off. Leaving a review is my last hope of getting intouch. Ive emailed 3 times, clearly they need to advertise for themselves
