I googled my company and just happened to find it listed on Nicelocal. I have no idea where all of the information came from, and how it was populated on this site but it has absolutely nothing to do with my company. I sent an email to request complete removal of my company from their site. Based on reviews, I see that numerous others have had the same negative experience. Aside from contacting them, I have no other idea how else I can get my listing removed.

I noticed your review about Trustpilot being scammers. Nicelocal has a home page on Facebook. Check out all posts and reviews on both!

No wonder you (Nicelocal) make no sense. Located in India!

YOUR site has placed MY businesses website on your free listing with a 2 star review that I cannot access to rebuttal.

The number listed for my business is: +1(484)221-01-50 which IS NOT valid formatting for a phone number.

I have been in business, since 2001, 21 years. I have NEVER had a bad review, in all that time.

I am a REAL web designer who does not use lousy WordPress or WIX templates. I am a programmer, I have been a Graphic Designer, since 1986 and the sole proprietor of my company for 21 years.

My Lawyer will be contacting you with a lawsuit, if you do not remove my listing from your server.

It is Friday, May 27th, 2022. I will give you the consideration of removing this listing that I DO NOT WANT OR NEED.

I am tired of companies like yours holding people's websites hostage and reporting false, damaging, incorrect information, then making the owners PAY you to remove the garbage that you publish. It's companies like YOURS who are RUINING the internet.

You will be sued for defamation of my business, if this listing is not removed from your server in a week.

Please feel free to call me to settle this misleading garbage that you have published about my company and even the bogus phone number, not properly formatted.

My clients are willing to go to court to testify on my behalf, in fact four of my clients are lawyers. You can see by the link of my reviews what my REAL clients say about me and my company.

I posted a card for my salon on Nicelocal, and thanks to reviews our customer numbers have increased with each passing month. Recently I purchased a Premium package: they put the card together beautifully, and brought our information up to date. I'm happy that I chose this particular website to promote my business.

I never thought that getting a card on Nicelocal would bring me more clients, but that's what has happened. People regularly come to us thanks to reviews on the platform. In the end, I decided to try buying the Premium package. And it actually works: we began popping up in the top search results for our area, and our flow of clientele has increased respectively. And it really is convenient: the card doesn't take much time, but the benefits and the profits are increasing every month.

I use the website regularly. I find it an honest, easy-to-use platform with lots of reviews and various information on restaurants, salons, and other businesses. There are many different filters for easy searching. And in general, if I just enter a type of service and the region in the search, Nicelocal is one of the first links I see. So I end up using it most often.

This site wrote a description of my medical aesthetics business and it was completely erroneous and amateurish. I do not offer half of the services they listed. They listed my medical aesthetics clinic as a place to "hang out "and get "reinvented ". In addition, they list a three star review with no text! I have no idea what this is about as I've never had an unhappy client and I certainly would want to know if somebody was unhappy so that I may respond to them.
I don't know what they are trying to accomplish with this site except to miss inform and hurt businesses for no apparent reason. This site should have a negative star review.

I looked for a hairdresser on Nicelocal, and I found a really good salon with promotions and discounts. Then I needed a restaurant for a get-together with friends. And I've found lots of other places specifically on Nicelocal. Searching is convenient — by name, by place, etc. I always look through the reviews, as they help me to choose. And I write reviews myself (maybe they'll prove useful to somebody).

As a SMB owner, I have been targeted by nicelocal.com shady attempts to review my commerce with fake reviews or try to steal traffic by using my name. But what is really worst with nicelocal.com is that anyone can leave a negative review without any proof. Mine was targeted with a random 3 stars on 5. But who is it? What is the order number? If this service was legit as they claim, they should be able to have proof of their reviews but it's not the case. Nicelocal.com/Nicelocal.ca/Nicelocal.co.uk etc can't provide these basic informations: customer name, customer order number. So how can their service be legit? It's just pure scam.

Edit following their answer: You guys are a review website, this is not the role of my business to check that your supposed reviews are good or false. You want to make a review website then where are Google headquarters reviews? Where are Amazon headquarters reviews? Where are Microsoft headquarters reviews? Apple? And don't tell me you don't know where are the informations. You know exactly that you're damaging SMB reputations and all your business activities are only about stealing other work, publish fake reviews then ask people to edit reviews by creating an account to enhance your database in the most unethical way.
Same for your attempts to steal traffic from SMB, seriously I recommend everyone thinking about their service to search "nicelocal scam" on Google before making any business with them.

It must be a scam. I found my business published in this webpage when searching on internet. My business description is handmade handcrafted jewellery (EvocativArtJewellery). But, it shows that I sell clothes and shoes. I tried several times to contact them to correct or remove this page, without success.

This platform picks and chooses the information they copy from google, to set up unwarranted profiles and make it appear as though they have users prescribing to their site.

Like many others on here, they stole my business information and used it for themselves. I have never given them rights to photos or my business profile to use. They decided to take it and post a false page on my business behalf. I have emailed for removal of my page. This is not acceptable and I have reached out to a lawyer about this. Everyone keep reporting this nice local so we can get them removed. I personally will continue to fight this and report daily until something is done. My lawyer is waiting on my cue to start an investigation if they fail to remove my information. Ill keep you all posted.

I keep putting up reviews for my lawyer and Farmers Insurance. Every single time immediately they take them down because they're one star. They will not leave any reviews up that are one star. I've had my review taken down at least 15 times in the last 30 days. Every time I put it back up they take it down. Horrible website not accurate at all

A convenient platform; we used it for long-term promotion. We had a modest budget - too small for Gold; so we went with Premium. Three months later we're already seeing first results. Customers have started coming. After optimizing our card and promoting it, we outplaced our regional competitors in the search results. We're currently launching new sales events; we'll see how they end up performing.

I've been ordering promotion services for my beauty salon on this website for 3 months now. Before that I had tried working with other websites, such as JD. So far everything suits me perfectly. We'll see what the future brings.

Crap. I worked very hard to build up my company and I don't need any additional marketing I get enough business from referrals. I don't appreciate them taking pictures off of my website and posting them, without my authorization, on to a page they created for my business. Their description of my business is full of spelling mistakes and not at all written in a professional language. They wrote we offer certain services we don't actually offer and didn't even review the spelling mistakes before posting. I contacted them at the email below asking them to delete the profile and they never responded. Their review system is whack, you can post reviews anonymously without even identifying yourself or by just clicking on the stars in error…. Such a stupid system and they are unethical. I wouldn't give any value to anything posted on their website and the reviews don't match at all what is on google!

They just make stuff up. They have a write-up about a company I know and its so way off. Almost like they just wrote whatever came to their head. Information on company is completely false. Nicelocal isn't so nice making stuff up about other companies.

Nicelocal have rejected my review over 10 times without giving a good reason. It's a legitimate review of a fraudulent company that currently has a good rating on nicelocal (clearly fake reviews!)

Analysis of negative reviews and feedback have helped to improve our salon's quality of work! I like the simple interface. When you go to the website, you immediately you see what's what. You don't have to scour the page looking for the information you need.
