"Please listen to my experience. This company is very dishonest and lies. I sent them written instructions on my water booster pump needs. I specifically told them I needed a 3 phase motor. The salesperson said they had it in stock for 29,500 pesos. My wife drove 3 hours (1-way) to Manila to pick it up. Thank goodness I contacted her as she was paying for it. I asked her how many wires it had, and she stated 2 wires (single phase uses 2 wires, and the motor should have had at least 3-4 wires). I stopped her immediately and had her ask the salesperson why it didn't have 3 wires for a 3-phase. He said he only had single-phase motors. He lied to us to get us to his store and then tried to pass off a single-phase motor to my wife. This company should be avoided at all costs as they will sell you anything just to make a sale. I wish I could give it ZERO stars!"

I heard back from Andrew at nicelocal, who informed me that they would not allow this review because it "violated" their abusive or obscene language guidelines or that my experience with the staff didn't count.

If you won't post a legitimate review of my experience, especially when the vendor has been caught in such a big lie, then your review service is a farce. It is obvious you support the vendor at all costs, even when lying to the customer has caused harm. I feel sorry for you. Luckily, no one even really uses your site. I posted on their Google business page, and that's the one that really matters. I already heard back from the owner, who apologized profusely for their employee's mistake and took steps to see this doesn't happen to someone else again. This is what honest reviews are for. Incidentally, there was no abusive language; just honestly told of my experience and the incredible waste of 6 hours of driving time, including the fuel it took. I question your honesty if you don't understand that this vendor deserved this review.

I also did a 1-minute search of your company nicelocal and found some interesting statistics. Forty-nine of your 107 reviews on SiteJabber are 1-star reviews. Seems like a very large share of the people think your company is a scam and also dishonest. Of course, I will now leave a review about my experience with nicelocal on SiteJabber. Good job, Andrew!"

If you want to know more about a business, you can always go to its website. The info is reliable and up to date. I've used it a million times, and I've always been able to get the company I want on the phone right away.
