You would think that being the NFL shop their website and ordering would be the absolute best. On the contrary! NFL shop is the WORST. Please people do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I placed an order on a Tuesday and my items have not yet shipped... IT'S FRIDAY. I will definitely leave negative reviews on all major website as well as file a complaint with the BBB and whoever else necessary. GET IT TOGETHER NFL SHOP!
I was shopping for my father and I and I ordered one Dallas shirt for him and one eagles jersey for me both men. But when I got the shipping info it said youth so I talked to customer service which is horrible because it took almost 30 mins for them to connect to chat. They told me since its customized we cant do anything about it but it was customized as far as its the black eagles jersey with Brent Celek's name and number on it which I dont get because I'm pretty sure that's a regular jersey.

I paid an additional $9.99 for 3 days shipping so I could receive my order in plenty of time before I needed it for a Sunday game, 6 days later I received my order. Then to make things even better one of my shirts wasn't in a plastic sleeve so the receipt printing bled on the logo of my shirt! The shirt is ruined and now because it took an additional 3 days to ship I do not have time to go get a new shirt before the game now in less then 24 hours. Do Not order from Nfl online store. Horrible customer service and packaging people who obviously do not care.

They took a whole week to answer my question. They do not fully refund your money if you return an item. They say they charge you 5.50 for returning an item but that's not all they take away your whole shipping costs. So they only return the price of the item; not what you really pay for it! I'd give them negative ratings!

This website is full of items that are not in stock! I tried ordering a few different things but my order would not process and when I called their customer service was no help at all. They couldn't even find the item numbers in their system and they told me that everything must have sold out. Extremely unprofessional and from the looks of their other reviews, I am not the only one with a problem. Took my business to $#*!'s Sporting Goods and I'm much happier!

I bought a custom jersey last week it was suppose to be next day shipping. And they sent it Standard shipping :( I called to fix it they just wanted to give me $10 credit for my next purchase. They couldn't fix my order this is really bad cuz I had to call to get my shipping fixed to next day and they still sent it standard.

I ordered a Tyler Lockett jersey for my husband's birthday and paid for overnight shipping at $19.95. Their site said that they would ship it within 3 business days... I ordered in on a Sunday and somehow that turned into 9 full days. Not a single email except thanks for your order, no updates on any delays. I called them and they said Sunday doesn't count and Monday doesn't count, oh and neither does Tuesday so now Wednesday is the first day and of course even though I ordered FedEx overnight shipping (yes they deliver on Saturday) I wouldn't receive my order before Monday. After reading other reviews, I see that would actually be lucky because their track record for delivering anything as promised isn't so great. They provide their own reviews giving them nearly 5 full stars on another site. I will never order from this shop again, and if you decide to order from them I wouldn't waste your $20 on overnight shipping. Cancelled my order, thanks NFL shop, I have no gift for my husband now

We purchased a jersey from NFL shop last Christmas. Because it was a specialized item, my husband wore this jersey one time to a game. He put it away for the season. When the season began this year, he took it out to wear it for only the second time. He decided to wash it first so it would smell fresh. When he removed the jersey from the washer, half the letters of the name on the back had fallen off. I contacted NFL shop and the employee was actually laughing at me when I insisted upon speaking to a manager. Several "floor" managers, "Adrian" and "Mark" were totally unconcerned about the quality of the merchandise. I was only told it was past 60 days so I was basically SOL. They offered 10% reimbursement but did not address the quality of their merchandise. I will never order from them again after spending thousands over several years! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Super frustrated that I ordered a custom jersey, followed the sizing instructions to a T, to include taping myself to make sure my measurments were correct, and the jersey is huge. I'm drowning in it. It says if you want a looser fit to go up one size, BS! I'm assuming if I didn't go up the extra size like it says for a looser fit in the abdomen that it WOULD HAVE been perfect. Now I'm stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and will never be worn and out $150.

Good afternoon, this time I don't have a question, I have a complaint, I ordered 3 items 20 days (14 business days) ago and I received 2 of them because the other one is an special event item that supposed to be sent no later than August the 20th, however they haven't shipped yet.
What is more concerning is that i contacted several "fan advocates" and one of them called Tawanna R lied to me telling me that on the 20th was going to be shipped so I can check next day in the morning the tracking number, and obviously I didn't receive any confirmation email.
Friday morning again I contacted one agent called Carolyn W, who helped me by creating a ticket #******* and now once again I'm asking for a resolution why this item hasn't been shipped.
I'm requesting assistance so anyone can help me and let me know why this hasn't been shipped and when its going to be shipped.
Now they are telling me the item will be shipped until September 17th, one more month after the original timeframe.
As a new customer my first impression is really bad because the commitment set by the company wasn't completely filled.

I ordered a customized jersey with my name on the back with a number that was already taken as a player. (99) Not sure how it happen but when I went to pay for it with PayPal I noticed that the name I had pit wasn't there. Realizing my error I tried contacting customer service but the live chat was not available because of the time I ordered. So I sent inquiry hoping it would be enough time to stop or change the order what I originally wanted. I was told that because production started as soon I placed the order there was nothing they could do. I read their policy and understand that it was my fault on not double checking before I placed my order but if I wanted a jersey that they already sell, I would've selected the customize Jersey option. I'm still hoping they fix it somehow because I'm a huge football fan and do plan to buy more jersey's in the future.

I ordered a NFL Elite Jersey customized on Sat. Jan. 3 2015 it said 4 to 7 days but below it said ship by the 19th so I figured 4 to 7 days after that. Well I received it on Jan. 9 2015 in only 6 days after placing my order. I have read a lot of bad reviews about shipping and mistakes but I got mine earlier than expected and it was exactly what I asked for. Hope everyone else has good luck with their order as I have. Received an XL mens sweatshirt for Christmas from my mother. I am 5' 9", 185lbs. The sweatshirt fit fine in length of sleeves and body, but the arms and chest were so tight I could barely pull it over my head. It fit terrible. I sent it with the enclosed return slip indicating the problem, and requesting credit to select another item. Over a week later, I had not received a response. I finally called and was told that they credited my mothers credit card minus a $5 restocking fee. I told them that was not at all fare as the sweatshirt was an irregular and unwearable. So, they said they would provide my mother a $10 credit promo code she could use to select another item. WHAT THE HECK!? Never again... stay away from this rip-off company selling crap!

I ordered a Steelers jersey Dec. 17,2014. When placing the order, the website indicated that orders over $75 would arrive before Dec. 24,2014. The jersey was $99. After many chat sessions I was promised expedited service on Dec. 23,2014. The jersey still has not shipped from NLFSHOP.com Never again, will I attempt to order anything from this company. Too bad I can not give zero stars.

Okay first of all the shipping? Really? I ordered greenbay wrapping paper with a greenbay jersey for my bf. THEY HAD MY $100 JERSEY IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. WRINKLES AND ALL. Then I need an exchange because the jersey is too big. THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. They just give you your money back. I got this jersey on sale and now it is $50 more. This is by far THE WORSE place to order from... I ordered a Jersey on 12/15/14 payed the $9.99 extra for a 2-3 day shipping because i wanted to ensure i received it before Christmas. 5 days later still no email or anything so i contact the customer service chat on 12/20/14 and was told "Sorry for the inconvenience" that they would rush my order and overnight ship for free and credit me the 9.99. I then received an email saying my order was shipped that i could track my order, which i waited the 12 hours they said to wait before tracking and when i did it read LABEL CREATED my order was on that status for two whole days. I then contacted the Customer Service Chat one more time on 12/23/14 and was then told that i would receive my order on the 27th?! And that they would give me a $20 store credit for the inconvenience! Sure enough i told them i wouldn't be needing that store credit because i will NEVER order from them again. They don't even get one star from me, they force you to click at least one. I never have issues or concerns ordering online let alone from getting help from Customer Service. I will most definantly never order from them again, and i regret not reading the reviews before i spent my time and money on NFL Shop. People be wise and listen there are hundreds of unsatisfied customers just like me, and all because of the same issue!
Horrible experience! One item was out of stock and I was promised a refund. After 10 business days not in my account. It took 3 days to get through with many, many hang ups. The first rep put me on hold, came back and said the refund was processed 3 days previous. I said it's not on my credit card account or on pay pal. She then said we don't take paypal. When I said that's how I paid on their website she said paypal takes up to 30 days. I called paypal and they have access to all my account and said nothing had been returned to them. I called Nl shop back. This time I got a real nice guy who would put me on hold and keep checking on me. He got me a supervisor but before I could talk to them my phone call was dropped. I immediately called back and a rude woman put me on hold for 15 minutes, never checking on me and then my call was dropped again! As I write this I am on hold again as they try to find someone for me. This guy is trying to be nice. He is at least checking on me. I have now spent an hour so far today trying to get my refund. I will NEVER shop with them again!
