Nexus Auto Transport

I have only booked. My vehicle has not been picked up and/or delivered yet. All okay so far. I will have a review once all services are presented and completed.

Leo is very patient and very good on customer service. He really stayed on top of things for me, and was only a phone call away if I had any problem I needed answered.

Nexus was the worst contractor experience I've ever had in a long lifetime. "The price you see is the price you pay. Auto transport quotes made simple by an auto shipping company that cares about your needs. That's the Nexus difference." Baloney. I sent out shipping bids for SF bay area to Austin to four companies for my older Toyota and Nexus at $1050 was the lowest. I read their reviews and website and felt comfortable to choose them four weeks before a four-day shipping window. I told Nexus repeatedly that I was selling my house and had a flight reservation on the last day and had nowhere to leave the car if they didn't pick it up. And I gave them an open window for delivery. When the pick-up window began I got nervous, and over four days called Nexus about 25 times to insure the car was being picked up so I could leave. Finally the day of my flight I was told three hours before my airport departure there was no autotransporter available. I told them it was unacceptable. They called me back and asked if I would approve a cost of $1950, almost double their quote. I said no and complained they should find a cheaper price. They came back with $1650, and, held hostage now as my departure was two hours, I agreed—finding a hotel, being charged more for a last-minute flight, and having no clue about when the car might be transported, I had to agree. Afterwards their customer service repeatedly told me that sometimes….blah, blah….and that they only took a small profit. This was their problem not mine, but they made it mine, with a lot of stress. Very dishonest. Look at the promises on their website to back up my experience: "Our mission is to simplify our car transportation services to benefit you. No headaches. No games. We're the best car moving company because we value your time. Calculating your car shipping cost is no exception." Baloney.

Order went through quick and easy and I received and immediate email response. The promise is to have the car to delivered within a week so we will report on what happens next.

I had a vehicle transported from Gallup, New Mexico to Glendale AZ and another transported from Glendale AZ to Gallup NM. Was very pleased with the fact that I was kept apprised about the pick up and delivery. Definitely will use again and recommend others to use your company.

This was my first time experience with the company and I felt that I made the right choice. Their service was incredible and they didn't even give me a chance to complain even once.

I was kept abreast of any new developments.Everone was very nice and professional, especially Mike.

Shipped quickly and did the best they could do with the situation. Best Price also was lower than most.

I began the p in January 2022, followed up in July 2022, and confirmed the transport date for December 2022. For the most part, excellent customer service.

I had a traveling on vaca incident, needed to transport my Hummer home back to Fl from Ky. Leo arranged for my pickup and drop off location, was soooo amazing nice and really sympathetic to my situation, and while sure he talks and with MANY CUSTOMERS, I felt like I was his own only concern getting me home safely. I thought I would have to pay personally for all my arrangements getting home after incident, but next day after arranging my transport back home, my Insurance company informed they would be paying for and arranging my transport home back to Fl. I called Leo, now 24 hrs later to cancel my pick up, and he was just as amazing canceling my pick up as he was the first day I called to order a pick up to go home.

Vehicle was picked up the same day and delivered to the customer as promised. Quick and efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future.

So far, the people at Nexus have been very responsive. The price was high, but so are my expectations.

Generally it is good. It is, however, repetitious and sometimes confusing. It would be better to provide ALL relevant information in one page.
