So far so good I need to contact them to confirm. The pick up time but that i will find out tomorrow.
Booking agent very nice, made the booking simple. Seamed very seamless. Car will be shipped expedited, which helps out with my timeline.
I felt like I was on the black market for car transport. Calls throughout the day for $$$$ and no details about my car.
I want to know an expected delivery date, but so far I can't get anyone to respond with the delivery date.
I want to know an expected delivery date.
The person I spoke to about my shipment gave me great details and stated everything I needed to know about my shipment
Great experience and great customer service. I've been through numerous others so I hoping for great service.
I initially went through a bulk quote site and while it made getting quotes faster I wouldn't do that again. I started off with Nexxus because during one of my first initial calls I was told we will pick up your car 7/27 or 7/28 and have it delivered by 8/1. The route from Seattle area to Houston area usually takes 5 days. For me this schedule worked great, as I was leaving town on 8/3 and left a day for any sort of issues. I contact the shop where the car is being stored and let them know of the pick up dates. 7/29 rolls around and the car still hasn't been picked up. I call and explain again I will not be in town and we need to move the date to 8/12 or later as I will not be in town and will be driving back myself. I setup the new pickup date and drop off drop with the rep over the phone assured of the original quote. While out of town I Get a call and say hey we can deliver the car on a date while I'm out of town and the price will go up 500 dollars or so. I for lack of better words was pissed. You haven't made any of your commitments to me as a customer and now you want to charge me more, I don't think so. I told the rep to cancel the order completely and I will find another company. Later that day I get a call back and say we have found another company and we will ship our fee over to the driver. We will have the car picked up and delivered on the days you have requested. So I was actually a bit shocked, when the second part of this transaction went to plan. I feel if I hadn't stood my ground with their failings to me as a customer they would have gladly charged me the extra money and made out like a bandit honestly.
Recieved a call within moments of online request. My flexible schedule worked out well for both parties. Price was reasonable.
No time for pickup, so far everything is great.
There has been no experience so how can i rate it
Fast service. Very simple to use, I didn't have to wait long at all.
Easy setup! All I have done is booked it, no pickup yet but the setup was extremely easy.
TL/DR: Car arrived three days later than promised and the company charged me more money than we agreed on. This was one of the most deplorable experiences I've ever had with a company. I was shopping around to see who could give me the best deal, immediately got a call from one of their reps. I was originally going to go with Sherpa, I really should have and deeply regretted not going with someone else. The thing the rep told me that got me to go with them, is they "guaranteed" they wouldn't charge me any more money than what we had agreed on. After securing my timeline for pickup and drop-off, I went ahead and paid my deposit and they said they'd charge me the rest when the car was delivered. The pickup day came and went, no update from Nexus about when the driver would be there. Finally the next day rolled around and the driver showed up at 6 pm, right before the dealership closed. Nexus continued to boast about how I'll get same-day delivery, and so I waited until 3 am with no update. Finally I went to bed, expecting to hear from Nexus first thing the next day about my delivery. Nope! I had to follow up with them, and then finally hours later heard from the driver's business (because Nexus is a broker for services, they don't actually have drivers that work for Nexus), telling me that the driver's vehicle had broken down and they will likely deliver that night or early the next morning. Mind you, at this point, I'm waiting past midnight on a work night for this car to finally show up. At last, the driver's company reached out to me about 11 pm, asking if they could drop off at 1 am on a Monday morning or 7 am. I opted to see my car in the daylight, because at this point I don't trust them at all to not have damaged my car and try to deliver at night to avoid detection. I asked to have the car delivered after sunrise. 6:30 am I get a text that my car has arrived, but I had made them wait until the sun came up. I asked the driver about his vehicle troubles, and he told me he hadn't had any car issues and was confused by my question. So... this company had been lying to me. Then I find out that the driver is cash-only for payment and the price was $100 more than quoted, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. So I had to run to the bank in order to pay the driver. Luckily the car arrived without a scratch and in perfect condition, but I will never recommend anyone to do business with Nexus and will spread the word with a fury from here on. Nexus, come on... do better.
So far, so good. I have accurately described my situation and shipping needs, now I wait...
Easy process just waiting for someone to reach out to me
I have been wait long time and have to call email to many time for get response.
I have been wait long time and no body help me
