I ordered 2 shirts and with COVID I thought it would be awhile before I got them and to my surprise they arrive in about 10 days. Love the quality of the shirts.

I ordered my daughter a "birthday" t-shirt for her birthday month, a FULL SIX WEEKS before her birthday, because they said it would take 3 weeks to get it, because every shirt is "made to order" - yeah right. They happily took my money to pay for the shirt, but I've given up on ever seeing it. I emailed the company after 4 weeks and got a canned email back that since shirts are "made to order" they take time. After 5 weeks, I called and left a message - guess what? NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY FROM LOTS OF CONSUMERS $20.00 AT A TIME. I'm convinced that they will never send my daughter's birthday gift - I'm glad I got her other things as well! THIS ENTIRE COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM FULL OF LIARS WHO HAVE A GOOD WEBSITE THAT PREYS ON ANYONE WHO WILL SEND THEIR MONEY EXPECTING TO RECEIVE WHAT THEY'VE PURCHASED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM! The claim on their website that say 100% satisfaction is NOT TRUE! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!
I have orderd from New York Shirt Company about 4 times already, and everytune I have ordered my shirts I get them on time it takes about a month or so but I have recieved them every time I order from them, I love everything about thier shirts the quality the styles everything now a lot of people have gotten mad or whatever over not getting thier shirts and I keep telling them with everything thats going on it's going to take a little longer to get your order just hang in there and you will get it, and guess what they get there order but anyway I love you guys keep doing what your doing.

I truly do love them and I probably have at least a hundred of them myself and that doesn't even count the ones I've bought for friends. Lol
I have seen this company advertising on Facebook and Instagram for some time. Their shirts look like something I would wear and other things I saw that I would love to send to family and friends. I avoided them for months until recently, I thought I would order and possibly keep them around for future orders. I love most of what I see here and don't mind showing my faith on my clothing; it's a great conversation starter.
I ordered a hoodie from them or so I thought. What I got was a sweatshirt. When I saw the item on the website I thought it was a cute and appropriate statement for my granddaughter who had just moved into her own place. Knowing it was cold where she was I thought I ordered a hoodie. At the time I placed the order I did not recognize that there was a button to select either sweatshirt or hoodie. What I saw on the website was the hoodie. When I got the order in the mail and recognized 1- I had gotten a sweatshirt, and 2-on the website the item selection buttons, I instantly emailed their customer service. They answered promptly, first with this message. "As these Tshirts are custom made for you, no replacement or refund is possible on them. If you want we can redo your order for you."
I emailed them again and told them this was not a custom order and that I was not looking for a replacement or refund, just an exchange (sweatshirt for a hoodie). The price was the same all I wanted was a return label to return it for my desired item. I got this message back within a matter of a few hours; "I apologize but we do not have an exchange policy.

Their exchange policy does not match that of the company they look to be. Most companies understand that mistakes can be made and depending on how old they are, they are very open to working with their customers to assure their satisfaction; NOT this company! I am not sure how old or new they are but they miss the mark when it comes to assuring customer satisfaction.
I ordered the buy a shirt get a shirt 15% off deal on April 6th 2021. This is May 4th 2021 and still no shirts. Has anyone else had this issue?

The shirts are made in China and very poor quality. The fabric smells and won't go away with washing.
